Ability: RKS System

[SET COMMENTS]
Silvally-Water can serve a support role when running a Defog set. Its stats and great defensive typing allow it to stifle strong physically offensive Pokemon such as Klinklang, Rapidash, and Qwilfish. Surf can be utilized over Multi-Attack to deal with physically defensive Ground-types. Thunderbolt is great coverage to hit opposing Water-types such as the aforementioned Qwilish as well as Poliwrath and Cramorant. Its slow U-Turn and good bulk can help provide some chip damage while bringing in its teammates safely. With Water + Electric coverage, Silvally-Water has a favorable matchup into the top entry hazard setters in the tier.

Defog Silvally-Water can fit well on bulky offense team styles looking for an entry hazard removal option that can keep up the pressure. It can pair well with the likes of Rapidash, Skuntank, and Klinklang to help deal with Grass-types that it invites in. Also, Pokemon such as Rhydon and Morpeko can help deal with the Electric-types that check Silvally-Water. With its physically defensive build, Silvally-Water can struggle against hard-hitting special attackers; specially defensive walls such as Clefairy, Articuno, and Stunfisk make for great teammates to combat this issue. Also, Pokemon that outspeed popular threats to Silvally-Water can help force them out or take them down when the former are brought in by U-Turn; these include Alolan Persian, Rapidash, Jynx, and any fast Pokemon that covers the weaknesses mentioned above. Silvally-Water can help form a great VoltTurn core with the likes of Rotom and Manectric, as they can help put on pressure by covering each other's weaknesses.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Electric-types**: Manectric, Morpeko, and Choice Scarf Rotom all outspeed Silvally-Water and threaten it with their STAB attacks. They all need to be wary of switching in, however, due to their frail nature.

**Grass-types**: Offensive Grass-types like Thwackey and Gourgeist-S can nail Silvally-Water with their super effective STAB moves before it can attack. Defensive Grass-types like Gourgeist-XL and Tangela can wall it with ease.

**Special Walls**: Articuno, Clefairy, and Alcremie can all switch into Silvally-Water's special moves with ease and pivot out into the aforementioned Grass- and Electric-type checks. They can also stall Silvally-Water out with Toxic and recovery moves.

**Physical Walls**: The likes of Miltank, Sableye, and Altaria can easily take on Swords Dance sets and can afford to scout Silvally-Water's set by taking a special attack.

**Residual Damage**: Unlike most entry hazard removal options, Silvally-Water isn't protected from taking entry hazard damage due to its mandatory held item and lack of recovery. This can give it a bit of trouble in long games and forces it to try to come in when minimal layers of hazards are up. It also doesn't enjoy status like poison or burn adding onto this residual damage.

Silvally-Water can serve a support role when running a Defog set. Its stats and great defensive typing allow it to stifle strong physically offensive Pokemon such as Klinklang, Rapidash and Qwilfish. Multi-Attack is a very strong STAB move that can hit hard without any EV investment. fluff Thunderbolt is great coverage to hit opposing waters Water-types such as the aforementioned Qwilish, as well as Poliwrath and Cramorant. U-turn from a slow, bulky pivot can help provide some chip while being able to bring in its teammates safely. you should mention somewhere that water + electric coverage gives it a great matchup against most hazard setters in the tier.

Defog Silvally-Water can fit well on bulky/offensive bulk offensive teams looking for a hazard remover that can keep up the pressure. It can pair well with the likes of Rapidash, Skuntank and Klinklang to help deal with Grass types that it invites in. Also, Pokemon such as Rhydon and Morpeko can help deal with the Electric types that it invites in. With its physically defensive build, Silvally-Water can struggle against hard-hitting special attackers hence mention partners that can cover those. Pokemon that can outspeed or deal with the likes of Rotom, Jynx and Exeggutor make for great teammates. It is worth mentioning that Silvally-Water does not need to worry about dealing with Pawniard when facing hazard stack teams, unlike the other defoggers in the tier. It has the defensive profile to handle its +2 attacks as long as it hasn't taken very much previous chip damage. technically true, but it doesn't belong to this format of analysis. Mention other voltturn users as silvally-water

Silvally-Water can also opt for Surf in replacement of Multi-Attack as its main STAB move. Surf allows for it to deal with physically defensive pokemon such as Palossand, Rhydon and Piloswine with a bit more ease. It also helps it avoid the physical punishing abilities/items from top opposing Pokémon such as Flame Body, Static, Aftermath, Cursed Body and Rocky Helmet. just say there aren't any viable alternative. the part about surf can be moved to paragraph 1 (but keep it short, only one sentence is needed).

**Electric-types**: Manectric, Morpeko, and Choice Scarf Rotom all out speed and can threaten Silvally-Water with their STAB attacks. They all need to be wary to switching in, however, due to their frail nature.

**Grass-types**: Offensive Grass-types like Thwackey and Gourgeist-S can nail Silvally-Water with their super effective STAB moves before it can attack. Defensive Grass-types like Gourgeist-XL and Tangela can wall it with ease.

**Physical Walls**: The likes of Miltank and Altaria can scout Silvally-Water's set by taking a special or physical hit.
the current version on site is better than that

Residual Damage: (You can probably phrase it better than me but with no reliable recovery an no option to run boots, and it's role being to clear hazards meaning it's coming in on 1 layer at least most the timer. Worn down by toxic and burns as well adding onto that longevity issue.)

GP 1/1! Please credit wotl as well.

Re-writing the u-turn sentence was a good call, but I think less dramatic changes were viable.

Two things that are part of formatting fulls, Other Options still needs to be complete sentences, and checks and counters need the ** to have them show up bolded on the CMS.

Otherwise, great check!
