**SS Anything Goes with the following ruleset changes:
-No level 100 pokemon brought can have any defensive stat (HP/Def/SpDef) at base 100 or higher (so Mew and Eternatus are banned; Zapdos, Landorus-T, and even Eviolite Porygon2 are allowed) WITH THE EXCEPTION that all CAP mons are allowed anyway regardless of defensive stats to promote their use.
-If any remaining Ubers have below those base defenses, they must be level 85 if brought (examples are Marshadow/Darm-G being allowed at level 85--fortunately Dracovish is banned due to base 100 defense).
-Smeargle is banned but not Baton Pass (ArcticBreeze cannot win without cheese).

We are not staking peaking cap ladder because there is literally no way I can trust you to honor that after you get tossed; maybe forced Mudae usage playdate with binpin or unblocking pannu on discord--I'll think on it
