Sprites are nowhere to be found?

OK, so I've been trying to install some new pokemon sprites for a different server. They (the sprites) don't seem to show up in the team builder (but the pokemon do, with correct movesets and everything), yet the files for the new pokemon sprites are in the correct directory. However, none of the files for any of the regular pokemon are on my computer. I've done a search, and they don't show up. I reinstalled shoddy. Anything else I can do? Please help!
