AAA Sonic Adv 2 (Screens Regieleki) [GP 1/1] [Done]

Dual Screens (Regieleki) @ Light Clay
Ability: Refrigerate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Rapid Spin
- Explosion

[SET COMMENTS]
With the highest base Speed in the game, Regieleki can enable high-powered setup sweepers like Manaphy, Dragonite, and Iron Hands on hyper offense teams as a dual screens lead, though it's more niche than other dual screens setters. With Refrigerate, Rapid Spin is a guaranteed way to remove entry hazards even in the face of Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Pecharunt. However, Regieleki isn't the best to rely on for Rapid Spin all of the time, so teammates like Great Tusk and Quaquaval can help as additional spinners. Explosion lets Regieleki get its teammates in safely, do massive damage to foes like Swampert, Great Tusk, and Roaring Moon, and prevent dual screens removal via Defog. Many setup sweepers, most notably Gholdengo, Ceruledge, and Iron Hands, appreciate Regieleki's dual screens support while also fending off priority from Pokemon like Slither Wing and Prankster Corviknight, which would otherwise prevent it from setting dual screens. Regieleki similarly doesn't enjoy Choice Scarf Roaring Moon and Meowscarada, as they are the only relevant Pokemon able to outspeed it instantly, so having checks to them such as Kingambit, Iron Hands, and Zamazenta can help. As a final note, Regieleki is exclusively a hyper offense lead meant to support Pokemon such as Iron Boulder, Volcarona, and Kingambit by providing them with extra opportunities to set up and win the game.

Having the highest natural Speed, Regieleki can enable high powered offense for set-up pokemon like Manaphy, Roaring Moon Dragonite I feel its much more common in comparison to setup Moon, and Iron Hands. With Refrigerate, Rapid Spin acts as guaranteed way to keep early entry hazards off the field even in the face of Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Pecharunt. Using Explosion lets Regieleki get its teammates in safely while also being able to do massive damage to Pokemon like Swampert, Great Tusk, and Hisuian Goodra, as well as also being able to prevent screens removal via Defog. Regieleki's usefulness diminishes in the face of priority from Pokemon like Slither Wing and Dual Screens Prankster Corviknight, so having teammates like Gholdengo or Azelf can help with removing them They're not really looking to "remove" them, its more so that they can hinder them for long enough so that Eleki can come in and set Screens/Boom, so maybe just say that or something. Regieleki similarly doesn't enjoy Choice Scarf Roaring Moon and Meowscarada, as they are the only Pokemon to be able to outspeed it instantly, so having checks to them such as Kingambit, Iron Hands, and Zamazenta can help.

Having With the highest natural Speed in the game, Regieleki can enable high powered hyphenate that hyper offense for set-up pokemon sweepers like Manaphy, Dragonite, and Iron Hands as a dual screens lead. i'd highlight that this is a niche choice for a screens setter With Refrigerate, Rapid Spin acts as is a guaranteed way to keep early entry hazards off the field remove entry hazards even in the face of Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Pecharunt. regieleki is a poor hazard remover on its own since it's often going to be exploding, probably worth mentioning tusk as a primary remover that fits on HO Using Explosion lets Regieleki get its teammates in safely while also being able to do massive damage to Pokemon foes like Swampert, Great Tusk, and Hisuian Goodra Roaring Moon, as well as also being able to prevent preventing screens removal via Defog. Regieleki's usefulness diminishes in the face of priority from Pokemon like Slither Wing and Prankster Corviknight, so having teammates like Gholdengo or Azelf can help with hindering them for long enough to let Regieleki do its thing. i mean, they can, but this feels like an unneccessary addition at this point in the analysis. this space would be better used highlighting teammates that appreciate screens as well as teammates that stop the foes from removing them. Regieleki similarly doesn't enjoy Choice Scarf Roaring Moon and Meowscarada, as they are the only relevant Pokemon to be able to outspeed it instantly, so having checks to them such as Kingambit, Iron Hands, and Zamazenta can help. make sure to mention that this is a hyper-offense exclusive lead and include more examples of Pokemon that benefit from screens. pokemon like kingambit, hands, etc. that you already mentioned are good examples, just elaborate more on them
