[SET COMMENTS]
Fur Coat Slaking is a reliable physical wall that can both deal damage and spread status. Body Slam threatens many physical attackers such as Groudon and opposing Slaking with paralysis. Toxic punishes Arceus-Ghost for switching in and using Slaking as setup fodder, whereas Ceaseless Edge allows Slaking to support its teammates and provides more instant damage than Toxic, which benefits teammates like Choice Band Groudon. Knock Off removes items like Covert Cloak and Rocky Helmet to more freely use Body Slam against targets like support Arceus formes and Groudon; alternatively, Victory Dance allows Slaking to outrun and threaten Palkia-O, Miraidon, and Koraidon. Covert Cloak blocks Nuzzle paralysis from Pokemon like RegenVest users. Fur Coat Slaking's best fit is on balance teams that want a reliable, non-passive Fur Coat wall without giving up the Arceus slot. Teammates like Gorilla Tactics Groudon enjoy Slaking's presence, as Knock Off ensures opposing walls' bulk is stretched even thinner. Imposter-proof Knock Off variants with Arceus-Ghost, though Slaking can trade paralysis with the Imposter user in a pinch; Imposter-proof Toxic variants with Covert Cloak Cotviknight.

[SET COMMENTS]
Population Bomb Slaking is a terrifying wallbreaker thanks to Population Bomb's huge damage output, crushing even resistant targets like Hisuian Goodra and Dialga-O. Magic Guard negates chip damage from entry hazards and Rocky Helmet, the latter of which will almost always KO Slaking if using Population Bomb. With Magic Guard, Tidy Up + Wide Lens makes Slaking a reliable source of entry hazard removal while also allowing it to outrun Eternatus and Miraidon, whereas Coil + Life Orb offers higher damage. Flame Orb + Guts blocks crippling burns at the cost of forcing Coil and either itself or an ally into using Knock Off. V-create offers a more immediate damaging option against opposing Steel-types, notably OHKOing Zacian-C unboosted; alternatively, Wicked Blow deals heavy damage to Ghost-types like Arceus-Ghost and Giratina, and Toxic allows Slaking to wear them down in the long run while also dissuading Imposter users from switching in. Population Bomb Slaking best fits on bulky offense teams that can wear down Slaking's hardest checks like Arceus-Ghost and Prankster Giratina. A Spooky Plate Imposter user is recommended to turn the tables on Fur Coat Arceus-Ghost, although Hoopa-U can fit the bill on more offensive teams. Imposter-proof Slaking with a Giratina or Fur Coat Arceus-Ghost.

e: changed mguard to just "population bomb" because guts is a usable alternative (better into slower teams that rely on burn for phys attackers), also changed slashes on fc since victory dance can viably be dropped

Fur Coat Slaking is a reliable physical wall that can both deal damage and spread status. Body Slam threatens many physical attackers such as Zacian-C and opposing Slaking with paralysis, and also deals notable damage if using Victory Dance VD can probably use its own point, its not immediately apparent why its useful. Toxic punishes Arceus-Ghost for switching in and using Slaking as setup fodder, whereas Knock Off removes items like Covert Cloak and Rocky Helmet to enable Body Slam against targets like support Zacian-C and Groudon But Toxic and Knock Off are not in the same slash. Ceaseless Edge allows Slaking to support its teammates and provides more instant damage than Toxic, which benefits teammates like Choice Band Zacian-C. An Impish nature helps Slaking survive 2 Magical Torques from Tera Fairy Gorilla Tactics Zacian-C, which Covert Cloak also offers extra security against; alternatively, Adamant offers higher damage on Body Slam is this actually worth going for. Fur Coat Slaking's best fit is on balance teams that want a reliable, non-passive Fur Coat wall without giving up the Arceus slot. Teammates like Gorilla Tactics Zacian-C enjoy Slaking's presence, as Knock Off opens up opposing physical walls to Magical Torque confusion and Body Slam can remove the need to speedtie opposing Zacian-C. Knock Off variants can self-Imposter-proof by trading paralysis with the Imposter user, however Arceus-Ghost can also work; Imposter-proof Toxic variants with Covert Cloak Zacian-C. I would say something about the tera type not changing but I'm not because hopefully its not staying

Imposter-proof Slaking with a Fur Coat Arceus-Ghost or Well-Baked Body Zacian-Crowned +1 252+ Atk Slaking Population Bomb (10 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Zacian-Crowned: 230-270 (59.2 - 69.5%) -- approx. 2HKO.

- left wbb zac mention in because it still works + having just one improof listed is ideally avoided, esp when more do exist (and people can just check the calc themself if they want to test reliability)

Fur Coat Slaking is a reliable physical wall that can both deal damage and spread status. Body Slam threatens many physical attackers such as Zacian-C and opposing Slaking with paralysis maybe use a different example like groudon instead of slaking since it isn't used too much, from my experience at least. Toxic punishes Arceus-Ghost for switching in and using Slaking as setup fodder, whereas Ceaseless Edge allows Slaking to support its teammates and provides more instant damage than Toxic, which benefits teammates like Choice Band Zacian-C. Knock Off removes items like Covert Cloak and Rocky Helmet to enable Body Slam against targets like support Zacian-C and Groudon; alternatively, Victory Dance allows Slaking to outrun and threaten Palkia-O, Miraidon, and Terastallized Zacian-C. An Impish nature helps Slaking survive 2 Magical Torques from Tera Fairy Gorilla Tactics Zacian-C, which Covert Cloak also offers extra security against probably isn't necessary to add this sentence about the nature since a layer or 2 of spikes means it'll get KO'd if it isn't at full. Knock Off variants can self-Imposter-proof by trading paralysis with the Imposter user I don't think trading off is too beneficial unless your in a good position + your essentially sacking your slaking. Just using arceus ghost as a whole is better for self-Imposter-improofing, however Arceus-Ghost can also work; Imposter-proof Toxic variants with Covert Cloak Zacian-C.

Flame Orb + Guts blocks crippling burns at the cost of forcing Coil and Knock Off does it really force coil and knock? You can also just go fully offensive guts and have teammates like RegenVest run knock. V-create offers a more immediate damaging option against opposing Steel-types, notably OHKOing Zacian-C unboosted; alternatively, Wicked Blow deals heavy damage to Ghost-types like Arceus-Ghost and Giratina, and Toxic allows Slaking to wear them down in the long run while also dissuading Imposter users from switching in could mention a list of examples that toxic wears down like dozo included with arceus ghost, giratina, and imposter. For example "Toxic allows Slaking to wear down checks such as Dondozo and dissuade Imposter from switching in". - the list of things that toxic wears down is directly before where you mentioned it (the ghosts). dondozo just dies to pop bomb if it isn't fur coat, and if it is, you still do upwards of 60 + they're using fc dozo

Knock Off removes items like Covert Cloak and Rocky Helmet so it can more freely use Body Slam to enable Body Slam (it seemed a bit unclear to me what this meant at first + this makes it more obvious it's referring to both, as technically body slam still functions against rocky helmet but not covert cloak. feel free to change to your liking.) against targets like support Zacian-C and Groudon; alternatively, Victory Dance allows Slaking to outrun and threaten Palkia-O, Miraidon, and Terastallized Zacian-C. Covert Cloak offers extra security against Magical Torque from Zacian-C. Fur Coat Slaking's best fit is on balance teams that want a reliable, non-passive Fur Coat wall without giving up the Arceus slot.
