Shoddy battle not opening/uninstalling

I'm having a similar problem. I have a mac, and when I open up shoddy i get a message that says "Unable to Launch Application" and this:

This happened a bit back, and i got it to work again by uninstalling and reinstalling both Java and Shoddy. The only problem is that Java doesn't seem to need an upgrade, and I can't access shoddybattle.com (i get redirected to google.com. Any help would be much appreciated.
