Making its presence known with a roaring scream, Scream Tail finds itself uniquely positioned in the DOU metagame. While lacking in significant damage, Scream Tail provides incredibly powerful disruption with the Encore + Disable combination, shutting down offensive options or locking foes into unfavourable moves like Protect as well as disabling strong attacks or forcing opponents into Struggle near the end of a game. Its blazing Speed with a Booster Energy Protosynthesis Speed boost lets it outrun even Chien-Pao and pick it off when weakened with Dazzling Gleam. Tera Ghost is the preferred Tera to allow it to gain immunity to Fake Out and Extreme Speed. Setup Pokemon such as Gholdengo and Kingambit are especially powerful beside Scream Tail, as they can accumulate multiple boosts safely when the foes are unable to use their most powerful attacks or have been locked into using passive moves like Protect and Fake Out. Scream Tail needs to be careful around Tornadus and Gholdengo in particular, as the former has Prankster Taunt that can shut down its status moves, while the latter is completely immune to status and threatens it with Make It Rain and Shadow Ball.

I think you can consider elaborating on this a little bit more, maybe just add an example it's sort of buried towards the end that you encore fake out and tect quite often and it's the main feature of the set. Its blazing speed with a Booster Energy Protosynthesis speed boost lets it outrun even Chien-Pao and pick it off when weakened with Dazzling Gleam while outpacing many relevant DOU Pokemon. speed bench is already mentioned more or less i.e. the inference is if it outspeeds pao it can outspeed others, if you want to give a specific example i.e. opposing mon in tw bench that it's strong into that's fine but just pao is ok with me in this case Tera Ghost is the preferred Tera to allow it to gain immunity to normal moves such as Fake Out or Extreme Speed. "immunity to fake out and extremespeed" or something is more concise since they're the most relevant/able to bypass its disruption, the other normal moves i.e. facade/blood moon are a good bonus too Set-up Pokemon such as Gholdengo and Kingambit are especially powerful beside Scream Tail, as they can accumulate multiple boosts safely when the opponent is unable to use their most powerful attacks or has been locked into using passive moves like Protect or Fake Out.
