Pokémon Scizor

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Superpower

Losing Pursuit is a massive bummer but u can still grab momentum on psychics/other frails u force out with an absurdly strong U-turn so it's not the end of the world. Bullet Punch OHKOs Kyurem and Gengar after 1 Spike and sends Alakazam to the shadow realm—it's completely nutty lol. You could also run max Spe to outrun Aegislash if you want.
I think Choice Band with a bulkier build (252 HP / 156 Atk / 100 SpD tentatively) may be worth considering. 156 Atk still secures all the relevant kills, while the increase in bulk lets you switch into Shadow Balls more solidly.

Bulky Swords Dance
Scizor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Atk / 140 Def / 100 SpD / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Roost

252 Atk Choice Band Terrakion Close Combat vs. 248 HP / 140 Def Scizor: 255-300 (74.3 - 87.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

252 SpA Choice Specs Kyurem Draco Meteor over 2 turns vs. 248 HP / 100 SpD Scizor: 253-300 (73.7 - 87.4%) -- not a KO after Stealth Rocks

252 SpA Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 248 HP / 100 SpD Scizor: 141-166 (41.1 - 48.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Togekiss Air Slash vs. 248 HP / 100 SpD Scizor: 124-147 (36.1 - 42.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Magearna Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 100 SpD Scizor: 140-165 (40.8 - 48.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

+2 16+ Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Magearna: 160-190 (53.1 - 63.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

+2 16+ Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Kyurem: 392-464 (100.2 - 118.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 16+ Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 273-322 (104.5 - 123.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 16+ Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Terrakion: 392-464 (121.3 - 143.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Gen 7's UU SD set comes back to be used in OU with the new general lower power level (The removal of megas and Z-moves that is), finding several opportunities to set-up and abuse the power and priority of Bullet Punch, as well as act as a slow pivot with its nice bulk and many resistances

Tested this set but haven’t yet gathered replays. It beats Pex & non Bulk Up Corvikinght:

Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Def
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Sand Tomb
- Swords Dance
- Roost

I’ll let the calculations speak for themselves:

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Technician Scizor Sand Tomb vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 174-205 (57.2 - 67.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery and trapping damage

(This is a 2HKo with sand damage even if pex hazes)

+6 252+ Atk Life Orb Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Corviknight: 195-230 (48.7 - 57.5%) -- 48.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

+6 252+ Atk Life Orb Technician Scizor Sand Tomb vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Corviknight: 452-533 (113 - 133.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

(Can’t roost because you are slower)

252+ Def Corviknight Body Press vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Scizor: 82-97 (23.9 - 28.2%) -- 95.3% chance to 4HKO

0 Atk Corviknight Brave Bird vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Scizor: 114-135 (33.2 - 39.3%) -- 100% chance to 3HKO

EDIT: A more optimal EV spread is 232 HP / 252 Atk / 24 Def for minimal Life Orb recoil.
