Thundurus-T serves as a strong speed control option thanks to its high Special Attack and useful Electric-type, helping it beat common special walls like Manaphy and non-Volt Absorb Empoleon. Focus Blast hits Roaring Moon, Volt Absorb Empoleon, and Hisuian Goodra. Psychic deals with Fighting-types like Great Tusk, Iron Hands, and Zamazenta, while Grass Knot also hits Great Tusk, as well as Swampert and Sandy Shocks. Both U-turn and Volt Switch allow Thundurus-T to pivot out on bad matchups, with Volt Switch doing more damage at the cost of not letting Thundurus-T pivot against Ground-types like Swampert. Teammates like Walking Wake and Iron Moth appreciate Thundurus-T's ability to help them switch in safely with its pivoting moves, outspeed common revenge killers like Zamazenta and Barraskewda, and break down shared checks such as the Blissey and RegenVest Meloetta and Hisuian Goodra. Thundurus-T struggles against stout special walls like the aforementioned checks, and often is forced to make predictions versus foes like Swampert and Volt Absorb Empoleon. To help with this, Thundurus-T should be used on offensive teams that can force chip damage on said special walls. Entry hazard setters like Great Tusk and Deoxys-D also make good teammates as they can also wear down defensive walls. Thundurus-T should be used with other offensive pivots like Roaring Moon, Barraskewda, and Azelf as they can form powerful VoltTurn cores and help each other switch in safely. These pivots can pressure cores such as Corviknight+Great Tusk and Volt Absorb Empoleon+Mandibuzz alongside Thundurus-T. Thundurus-T hates taking Steakth Rock damage, so entry hazard removers like Great Tusk and Corviknight are good teammates.

Thundurus-T serves as a strong speed control option thanks to its high Special Attack and useful Electric-type, helping it beat common special walls like Manaphy and non-Volt Absorb Empoleon. Focus Blast hits Roaring Moon, Chien Pao, You already KO it with Tbolt Volt Absorb Empoleon, and Hisuian Goodra. Psychic hits Maybe add something like "deals with" or that it hits them super effectively, since you want to emphasize that Psychic is strong against these, it's not like Fighting resists Electric Fighting-types like Great Tusk, Iron Hands, and Zamazenta, while Grass Knot also hits Great Tusk, as well as Swampert and Sandy Shocks. Both U-Turn U-turn and Volt Switch allow Thundurus-T to pivot out on bad matchups, with Volt Switch doing more damage at the cost of not letting Thundurus-T pivot against Ground-types like Swampert. Teammates like Walking Wake and Iron Moth appreciate Thundurus-T's ability to help them switch in safely with its pivoting moves, outspeed common revenge killers like Zamazenta and Chien Pao Banded Ice Shard OHKOes you, something like Barraskewda or Iron Boulder would be more applicable, and break down shared checks Some examples here would be nice. Thundurus-T struggles against stout special walls like Blissey and RegenVest Meloetta and Hisuian Goodra, and often is forced to make predictions versus foes like Swampert and Volt Absorb Empoleon. Add onto this a little; what walls do they pressure for each other?
Mention hazard removal as good teammates too since it's vulnerable to Stealth Rock
