As far as I know it's done, but it will need some checking

A few suggestions.

• Medicham is no longer RU, it should be removed
• DD Tyrantrum should probably always be running a Jolly Nature since iirc it can outspeed Jolteon at +1
• I'm pretty sure 0 IV 30 base speed Pokemon only reach like 56 speed, not 96 speed.
• 0 Spe Carracosta is pretty much unseen. It's limited to WP Shell Smash if Carracosta is used at all
• 0 IVs with Lilligant should be 30 IVs
• +1 Braviary has a +Spe nature listed, but 388 speed is attained with a neutral nature.
• I'm not sure if Klinklang should be listed, but it definitely should not have 0 Speed EVs (I know PS suggests it but I've always found that strange anyway). I'm also not sure if Crustle is viable.
• Pretty much all Jolteons are +Spe, the neutral mention should be removed. Same with Sneasel, Scarf Pangoro, Primeape, Lilligant, and maybe Scarf Clawitzer.
• Neutral Zoroark should be mentioned, as several run Naughty natures.
• I notice you have a special spread for Gourgeist-S. Feltchinder also usually runs a special spread iirc, but I'm not sure how much...
• Remove 0 Spe Braviary, the slowest variant is Bulk Up and it doesn't run 0 Speed generally
• Add max speed Rhyperior, Rock Polish is a thing.

Would definitely add Escavalier, Rhyperior, and Druddigon to Trick Room as well. The former has the lowest base Speed of any Pokemon in the tier aside from Shuckle while the other two are also common TR wallbreakers.

Ok so Shuckle could potentially be banned soon, but if it isn't, it will be centralizing enough to require most Pokemon to have an entry at -1 which could potentially be annoying.

It's most likely going to be banned, so it'd probably ok to continue with this as-is. If Shuckle does stay, then Turtleye can just update this later with Pokemon at -1 Speed.

While they themselves can not abuse it, they can support teams by reliably being able to set-up Trick Room because of their bulk. Not running 0 IVs would be stupid, if they're being outsped in Trick Room, Cresselia in particular, they might as not be setting up Trick Room. Aromatisse can Wish pass and Cresselia has Healing Wish, two things they can do far more effectively in Trick Room. I made a fair portion REQs for the latest suspect test using a Trick Room team with both of them. Just because they can't run an OTR set doesn't mean they aren't used on Trick Room.

On the Trick Room section you could probably add Bronzong and Exploud (neutrally too, as LO/Specs is better than Scarf). Camerupt too maybe, as it's really good in TR, but not enough used. Also a lot of Fletchinder run 40 Spe, and SubBU Braviary often runs 56 Spe for uninvested base 85 such as Gligar and Cresselia iirc.

Max Speed Doublade (both Jolly and Adamant) should probably get entries. Double Dance Doublade is a very effective set, not just on web offense either.

Regardless of whether or not they abuse it, they still run as little speed as possible so that their support moves aren't outsped after the tr (cress is already dangerously fast for a tr team)

And imo offensive tr aroma is the best tr aroma set, so it can certainly count as an abuser as well

Actually the current Aromatisse analysis has speed EVs to outspeed base 30s, so that's not true for most cases
