Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake

[SET COMMENTS]
Roaring Moon's excellent set of resistances, great Speed and Attack, and solid bulk make it a serviceable bulky pivot without the passivity of other RegenVest Pokemon like Manaphy and Swampert; in particular, its great typing allow it to scout and offensively check and prominent special attackers like Gholdengo, Iron Moth, and Hisuian Electrode. U-turn allows it to maintain high momentum, pivoting out of difficult matchups like against Great Tusk and Fluffy Corviknight and healing off any chip damage with Regenerator. Earthquake allows it to hit Steel-types like Kingambit and Heatran, which would otherwise trouble it. Roaring Moon tends to play aggressively, with its average bulk contributing to it being seen mainly on offensive teams; therefore, hard-hitting offensive teammates like Ogerpon-C, Chien-Pao, and Azelf enjoy its presence. Roaring Moon cannot safely switch in on strong Dragon-types like Latios and Walking Wake, so a secondary special wall like Empoleon or Scream Tail makes for an excellent partner. Entry hazards severely compromise Roaring Moon's longevity, and its lack of physical bulk makes it reliant on strong physical walls to take hits instead; as a result, physically defensive hazard removers like Great Tusk and Corviknight are nearly essential partners.

Roaring Moon's excellent set of resistiances, great Speed and Attack, and passable bulk makes it a servicable bulky pivot without the passivity of other RegenVest Pokemon. It can offensively check and scout prominent Special Attackers like Gengar, Hisuian Electrode, and Deoxys-S suspicious mention since beam does quite a fair bit on every set and can 2hko after rocks, something better like Iron Moth would be good, while also at least making common Choice Specs users like Walking Wake and Latios think about which move to use. this is also suspicious since you almost always never send in moon on wake / latios Earthquake allows it to hit Steel-types like Kingambit and Tinkaton, who would otherwise trouble it. Roaring Moon tends to play aggressively, especially as its bulk is only average, so hard hitting offensive teammates like Ogerpon-Cornerstone, Chien-Pao, and Azelf all enjoy its presence. Roaring Moon cannot check strong Dragon-types like Latios and Walking Wake by itself, so secondary special threat checks like Empoleon and Scream Tail make for excellent partners. Entry hazards and Roaring Moon's severely compromise Roaring Moon's its longevity, making physically defensive hazard removers like Great Tusk and Corviknight nearly mandetory.

Roaring Moon's excellent set of resistances, great Speed and Attack, and passable bulk makes it a servicable bulky pivot without the passivity of other RegenVest Pokemon maybe list a few?. It can offensively check and scout prominent Special Attackers like Gholdengo Gengar, Iron Moth, and Hisuian Electrode. (Gengar runs Focus Blast, Ghold is a better mon to list) (I think its worth mentioning how U-turn helps Moon switch out of uncomfortable matchups and how it improves its Regenerator capabilities) Earthquake allows it to hit Steel-types like Kingambit and Tinkaton, who would otherwise trouble it. Roaring Moon tends to play aggressively, especially as its bulk is only average, so hard hitting offensive teammates like Ogerpon-Cornerstone, Chien-Pao, and Azelf all enjoy its presence. Roaring Moon cannot safely switch in on check strong Dragon-types like Latios and Walking Wake by itself, so secondary special threat checks like Empoleon and Scream Tail make for excellent partners. Roaring Moon can counter Latios and Wake via Dragon Claw, however, its important to put emphasis on the fact Moon can't switch in on them Entry hazards and Roaring Moon's severely compromise its longevity, making physically defensive hazard removers like Great Tusk and Corviknight mandatory. Not really? Moon can kind just "regen it" off. This might wanna be removed.

thank yah x implemented some of it, disagree on the line r.e. hazards though, if it's taking a spike and a rock every time it comes in it is effectively not healing at all, hazards are super important for whittling down regen pivots as they like switching in to take hits

Roaring Moon's excellent set of resistances, great Speed and Attack, and passable solid bulk makes it a servicable bulky pivot without the passivity of other RegenVest Pokemon like Manaphy and Swampert. It can offensively check and scout prominent Special Attackers like Gholdengo, Iron Moth, and Hisuian Electrode You could probably combine these sentences and mention that its typing lets it check the mentioned attackers. U-turn allows it to maintain its high momentum, allowing it to pivot out of difficult matchups like Chien-Pao There's not really any scenario where you get to click U-turn on Pao, swap for maybe a bulkier example that's willing to switch into Moon and Fluffy Corviknight, and heal off any chip with Regenerator. Earthquake allows it to hit Steel-types like Kingambit and Tinkaton Heatran Tinkaton sucks I'm afraid, who would otherwise trouble it. Roaring Moon tends to play aggressively, especially as its bulk is only average This is worded awkwardly, could rephrase it to instead mention that it's only seen on more offensive teams instead, so hard hitting offensive teammates like Ogerpon-Cornerstone, Chien-Pao, and Azelf all enjoy its presence. Roaring Moon cannot safely switch in on strong Dragon-types like Latios and Walking Wake, so a secondary special threat checks wall like Empoleon and Scream Tail make for excellent partners. Entry hazards and Roaring Moon's lack of physical bulk severely compromise its longevity, making physically defensive hazard removers like Great Tusk and Corviknight mandatory. These things do not correlate, having low physical bulk doesn't necessarily lower its longevity; either split this into two paragraphs or reword the first sentence to mention its weaknesses separately, combining corv & tusk as teammates is fine

Roaring Moon's excellent set of resistances, great Speed and Attack, and solid bulk makes make it a servicable serviceable bulky pivot without the passivity of other RegenVest Pokemon like Manaphy and Swampert, while Swampert; in particular, (you mentioned resistances before, so these aren't really contrasting) its great typing allow it to scout and offensively check and scout prominent Special Attackers special attackers like Gholdengo, Iron Moth, and Hisuian Electrode. U-turn allows it to maintain its high momentum, allowing it to pivot pivoting out of difficult matchups like against Great Tusk and Fluffy Corviknight, (comma) and heal healing off any chip damage with Regenerator. Earthquake allows it to hit Steel-types like Kingambit and Heatran, who which would otherwise trouble it. Roaring Moon tends to play aggressively, with its average bulk contributing to it being seen mainly on offensive teams, teams; therefore, hard hitting hard-hitting offensive teammates like Ogerpon-C, Chien-Pao, and Azelf all enjoy its presence. Roaring Moon cannot safely switch in on strong Dragon-types like Latios and Walking Wake, so a secondary special wall like Empoleon and Scream Tail make for excellent partners or Scream Tail makes for an excellent partner. Entry hazards severely compromise its Roaring Moon's longevity, while and its lack of physical bulk makes it reliant on strong physical walls to take hits instead, as such instead; as a result, physically defensive hazard removers like Great Tusk and Corviknight are nearly essential partners.
