It’s not even that strong at +2 tbf, the coverage is good but it has hard stops even with a +2 boost and the semi right coverage. I believe the difference between Quick Draw and the rest of the list is it’s on an okay mon that 1. Hardly even runs the ability itself and 2. It doesn’t even auto win a lot of the time even with 100% luck (And this is the reason its hardly ran)

This is an ability on 1 mon, in a meta game that the ability doesnt even thrive in. Bright Powder can be ran on anything, same with Kings rock etc. So those have more of an opportunity to thrive and show decently consistent evidence that it works/cheeses games

Maybe there’s enough evidence of Quick Claw somewhere being dumb, there isnt for Quick Draw for the reasons above

Kinda asked a pro about Galarian Slowbro, tysm sanguine :

some notes on slowbro g:
- its a bulky setup sweeper, and those thrive on forcing advantageous 1for1s or 1.5for1s especially in matchups against bulky offense and balance teams who have a limited set of revenge killers, so reversing what normally is a good play by the opponent in dealing with a dangerous and and threatening and boosted setup sweeper into ohkoing a would be revenge killer or even two through luck of the draw is a massive boom because it can then trade itself off for progress or a forced click of a mildly suboptimal move to kill it and the slowbro player is in a position where they're a full mon up without much effort
- its 3 attacks set has literal perfect coverage, hitting everything neutrally or super effectively, and it has a good 100 base SpA, which means +2 breaks through everything bar like chansey and umbreon, so saying it isn't that strong is inaccurate
- it doesn't need to win the game for it to be unhealthy, the mere fact of forcing an extremely advantageous position through fishing is enough as it is
- it not being something that isn't meta shouldn't matter and is a non sequitur, it still is an inconsistency in smogon's prevailing anti luck based philosophy. it may not consistently cheese games, but the sheer fact that it can and does warrants removal if we truly want to promote skillful gameplay / not have slippery slope situations
the coverage is good but it has hard stops
At +2, there seems to be very few (if any) hard stops to it if using the correct coverage. Or are we just gonna accept that once a team's with most members faster than Galarian Slowbro health drops to ~70% we could probably get swept by it on a very unlucky day.

1. Hardly even runs the ability itself

It’s not that strong because you need a good amount of things to go right to actually get value in the first place, out of using such a luck based mediocre set. There is opportunity cost for using it, there’s a reason we don’t see it in tournaments

We saw what happened with the Libero Cinderace topic, unless you’re suggesting we ban this mon as a whole? Not sure what you’re getting at there

for context these were quick five minute post it note thoughts from a discord dm to a friend that i sent and let them do whatever with under the impression that they would be fleshed out / used for inspiration and not posted verbatim, hence the lack of proper substantiation.
i don't have a particularly strong opinion on the matter, and that's why i haven't posted in the thread thus far, but i think some clarity was needed as to the admittedly weird nature of my quote there.
