VGC Rate my Team, and help me make it better

I usually use this team against my friends but I use it online every so often as well, I'm looking to improve it wherever possible

Ogerpon-Hearthflame (F) @ Hearthflame Mask
Ability: Mold Breaker
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ivy Cudgel
- Wood Hammer
- Stomping Tantrum
- Spiky Shield

ogerpon-pokemon.gif

First we got Ogerpon, quite possibly my new favorite Pokemon, She's a main physical attacker coming in and cleaning up usually near the end of battles, Stomping Tantrum is there for some coverage and Spiky Shield is some defence

Serperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Giga Drain
- Substitute
Serperior.gif
Next up is Serperior, I mainly just wanted to screw around with Contrary Leafstorm which was fun, Giga Drain is for sustainability Dragon Pulse for Coverage and Sub for more sustain, She's a Pokemon I lead with on occasion when I wanna go hyper offensive

Dragonite @ Choice Band
Ability: Multiscale
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Fire Punch
- Aqua Tail
- Extreme Speed
espanita-dragonite.gif
My second Physical attacker is your basic Dragonite set, its a powerful Pokemon and I usually bring the guy out to help deal with any troublesome walls,

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dragon Pulse
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Psychic
latios-pokemon.gif
I'll be totally honest this guys just here cause I wanted a Latios on the team cause I like Latios, he doesn't do much, sometimes gets some KO's other times he gets KO'd, I don't even bring him out in every battle, possibly my weakest link rn

Incineroar @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Darkest Lariat
- Flare Blitz
- Parting Shot
- Fake Out
incineroar-real-incineroar.gif
Mainly a support Mon, here for intimidate, fake out and parting shot, rarely use its attacking moves unless theres a pokemon weak to them on the field that I know I can KO

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Stomping Tantrum
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock
what-the-dog-doin-pokemon.gif

Last Pokemon another support one, Stealth Rock and Intimidate user, good for chip I guess, gets some KO's from time to time, he's reliable but not essential

stealth rock in doubles?
max attack incineroar?
NO PROTECT ON EVERYTHING ELSE OTHER THAN OGERPON?????????????
Although wood hammer is more accurate, i would still say power whip/horn leech is better.
Ever considered dropping some dracos?
Not really a doubles player, but i know basic knowledge from wolfeyvgc so yeaaa......

Yeah I'm not much of a competitive player even less so for doubles so I kinda made it blind, I checked Smogon for some sets but other then that just kinda threw in some Pokemon I like, I use it mainly for Battles against my buddies, any improvements I could make?

DaRotomMachine

I COULD BE BANNED!
Alright, I actually play some doubles, although i am not the best at doubles, I have some suggestions:

Yes, Protect should usually be on every pokemon except for choiced mons and other exceptions

Remove either Darkest Lariat or FLare Blitz for Helping Hand, and invest the Atk Evs into the defenses, as Incinroar is a support mon on your team and Helping hand makes it a better one and is not meant to dish out huge amounts of damage.

You don't have a set-up sweeper that couls potentially sweep the opposing pokemon's team, so i would change the Ogerpon set to an SPiky SHield SD set without Stomping Tantrum, because you don't really need it, with Power Whip or Horn Leech.

Having a redirector (meaning having Follow Me or Rage Powder) is usually recommended with a set-up sweeper, such as Amoonguss, who is bulky and take hits, can heal allies and redirect as well as being able to status opponents.

Remove Stealth Rock from Landorus-T for Taunt, and switch Stone Edge to Rock Slide, as doing spread damage is usually more prefered, and the flinches can come in clutch. It also has higher accuracy.

There's probably more, but that's all I have. HF with competetive pokemon and beat the crap out of your friends whenever they battle you :)

Hi, I am an active Doubles player, and I can make a couple of recommendations.

Landorus-T has fallen out of favor for Landorus-I. I suppose one reason is due to the popularity of the dragons (Archaludon and Raging Bolt) and Grass Spam (Rilla + Ogerpon). It also doesn't need to get worried about being Intimidated by opposing Incineroars.

1705798138045.png

I suppose the set for Ogerpon-H is fine. You can alternative use Sword Dance and perhaps even Play Rough for Dragon Types like Kyurem and Raging Bolt.

Serperior may seem alright in the lower ladder, but it is outclassed by Rillaboom in a more competitive scale. Rillaboom can invest more on bulk and is actually faster than Serperior via Grassy Glide (in Grassy Terrain). I argue that Rillaboom would be better choice than Incineroar as a Fake Out user because it's presence will allow Ogerpon-H to inflict twice as much damage for its Grass type moves.

There is another reason why I would argue switching out Incineroar for another mon. Double Intimidate (if you choose to still use Landorus-T) can backfire when your opponent has Kingambit. Plus, you already have a Fire type mon. A good replacement could be Chien-Pao. It is also a Dark type that is immune to Psy Spam and is (somewhat) resistant to opposing Sucker Punch. It checks many mons in the metagame and allows Ogerpon-H + Rillaboom to inflict even greater damage with its ability Sword of Ruin. Life Orb allows Chien-Pao to hit harder, but you can use Focus Sash to stay in the safer side.

There is no easy way of saying this but the Dragons have to go. Some players could be more lenient about Dragonite but not the latter. I would say Basculegion-F would be a good fit for the team thus far. It is a great endgame sweeper with its move Last Respects and is certainly more effective as a Water type move user than Dragonite. Another good mon that you can use is Tornadus. Along with Rillaboom's Fake Out, you can perhaps stop the opposing team from having a speed advantage.

My recommended changes would make the team look like this:

Of course, the team is open to changes due to preference. Feel free to ask questions, and I'll help you out make a better team to your liking.

Thank you very much for your recommendations, since posting this I've made a ton of changes to my team and would like your opinion on them so that I may improve some more, I'll most likely be swapping out someone for Rillaboom once i train one up, and unfortunately I can't get my hands on a Tornadus rn but I'll certainly try

Urshifu is not legal in SV DOU. If you are planning on playing VGC or BSD (?), then you'll have to get advice from someone else.
