Just a quick thread for clarification.
We are in a unique position where several other projects have attempted to fill the void during the time period in which there were no OM analyses. We should not let the tremendous amounts of work on platforms such as the 1v1 boards go to waste. Therefore, here's my policy on importing those analyses:
1) Just because a Pokemon has an analysis written for it somewhere else by someone else does not mean someone cannot swoop in and reserve that analysis. There is no "protection" for these offsite analyses.
2) However, the writers of offsite / prewritten analyses can reserve 2 at a time, even if they are not mod / qc / badgeholder.
3) Moreover, these prewritten analyses can begin their lives as writeups rather than bullet points, even though other analyses have to get 2 QC checks first.
4) Prewritten analyses still need 3 QC checks, even if they were QC checked on a website other than Smogon.
