[OVERVIEW]
+Ghost/Poison is a good offensive and defensive typing in the 1v1 metagame
+Specially when coupled with Will-O-Wisp as it can tank most physical attackers such as Mega Mawile and Mega Metagross and hit back with a boosted Hex
+Amazing speed tier pre and mega evolution allowing it to outspeed most, if not all, relevant threats
+Access to Sub and Disable allowing it to disable any choiced Pokemon or a foe's super effective move
-Lackluster defensive stats making it prone to physical Pokemon that can't be burned like Fire-types, or Specially hitting Pokemon
-Struggles against high tiered Pokemon such as Mega Gyarados, Charizard, and Mega Sableye
-Reliant on Hex which makes Normal-types immune to the set

Set Description
========
+Hex combined with Will-O-Wisp allows Mega Gengar to burn other Pokemon and hit them with a 130BP Hex
+Adding to that, Will-O-Wisp cripples common physical attackers such as Mega Metagross, and Mega Mawile
+Substitute allows Mega Gengar to scout for the foe's move and to block Sucker Punch
+Disable is used most of the time after Substitute if the foe is either choiced such as Choice Specs Meloetta or has only one super effective move such as Mega Gardevoir.
