Hey Twigert, just suggesting that this format will be more helpful in calculating votes. Not compulsory though.
Sorry for the late response, been caught up in school lately. Not gonna lie, my pea-sized brain has no idea how to comprehend that format and vote counter for some reason, thanks for the suggestion though, all 3 of my brain cells just can’t figure out how it would. I will change the spreadsheet (which will be ready soon) to fit the format you specified.

  • Copy all the votes in one place
  • Paste in the alphabetical order tool
  • Then copy votes of one fakemon at a time (All Fire starters at once) and paste them in the votes tool big box
  • Click Load then Generate
  • Copy the code that you receive
  • Paste it in the HTML Runner
  • Click Run then Generate
  • See the vote count!
  • Do the same for the rest of the fakemons.
It's easy after you do it once or no problem you can also calculate votes in the way you like.
Check this guide and example for more info.

Thanks for the explanation, I’ll be sure to implement that next slate although it’s a little too late unfortunately for this one. I’ll add my votes here so as to not double post.

Water: guruu, megaflareon, falchion

And the Winners are...
With a few narrow victories, we have our winners! For the Grass Starter, Falchion’s Cycavarti Line triumphed, for the Fire, Superstrike66’s Bauraditi Line rose above the competition (RIP Gharola, it was a good run), and lastly, Emergence’s Gangepin Line swam to the front of the ranks to win the Water slot. Thanks to everyone who voted and submitted, I should have the next slate up sometime tomorrow.

Primsage, Primsear, and Primpour (comes from primate)
Types: still pure Grass, Fire, and Water
Abilities: Unaware (primary), Overgrow/Blaze/Torrent (hidden)
Stats:
HP: 85
Att: 116
Def: 63
SpA: 116
SpD: 63
Spe: 111
New Moves:
Common: Zen Headbutt, Psychic, Sludge Bomb, Aura Sphere
Primsage: Perish Song, Grassy Glide, Power Whip, Pollen Puff, U-turn, Earth Power, Frenzy Plant
Primsear: Parting Shot, Burning Jealousy, Scorching Sands, Mystical Fire, Blast Burn
Primpour: Glare, Flip Turn, Life Dew, Triple Axel, Hydro Cannon

The three wise monkeys. Primpour sees no evil, as its bangs hang over its already-closed eyes. Primsear speaks no evil, and its cheeks are bulging with magma that glows through its skin. Primsage hears no evil, because bananas grow out of its ears. Since it's hard to play off flavor when the flavor is not doing something, I chose to have Glare, Parting Shot, and Perish Song be the result of what happens when these monkeys make an exception to what they normally don't do (something something they don't do those things because their sight/voice/hearing are too powerful to be in regular use, like Medusa wearing sunglasses).

Common: Sludge Bomb, Aura Sphere
Simisage: Grassy Glide, Power Whip, Pollen Puff, U-turn, Earth Power
Simisear: Burning Jealousy, Scorching Sands, Mystical Fire
Simipour: Flip Turn, Life Dew, Triple Axel

Ferapod (comes from Mangifera, the mango genus, and sauropod)
Type: pure Grass
Abilities: Chlorophyll (primary), Solar Power (secondary), Harvest (hidden)
Stats:
HP: 129
Att: 78
Def: 103
SpA: 82
SpD: 107
Spe: 31
New moves: Focus Blast, Grassy Glide, Heavy Slam, High Horsepower, Ingrain, Rock Blast, Solar Blade, Trop Kick, Weather Ball, Wood Hammer, Dual Wingbeat, Dragon Breath, Aromatherapy, Body Press, Sludge Bomb, Venoshock

Did you know mangos are the national fruit of India? Now you do. While banana trees have massive leaves, mango trees have normal-sized leaves, so Tropius's long leaf wings have been replaced with vestigial leafy branches. It's also considerably larger and chunkier than Tropius. A few moves draw flavor (heh) from the mango tree:
  • Rock Blast
    • Mangos have a large seed in them called a pit or stone.
  • Wood Hammer
    • Unlike banana trees, mango trees are actually trees.
  • Sludge Bomb and Venoshock
    • Mango trees are related to plants like poison ivy and poison oak, and can themselves be irritating to some people.
Grassy Glide, High Horsepower, Solar Blade, Trop Kick, Weather Ball, Dual Wingbeat, Dragon Breath

Now that it can boost its defenses with Eviolite, Tropius might also be decent. Though that does mean it can't make use of Harvest...

220px-Indian_Jungle_Crow_I3-Bharatpur_IMG_8466.jpg

This is a regional Murkrow evolution based on Indian jewellery, as Murkrow is a Pokémon who tries to steal shiny things.

Pokemon: Aurukrow
Type: Steel/Flying
Stats: 85/105/52/95/52/116 (BST: 505)
Abilities: Pickpocket/Super Luck/Dazzling
Notable Moves: Murkrow's Moves +: Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Iron Defense, Steel Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Air Slash, Hurricane
Flavour: Has a more sleek and less 'big' design than Honchkrow, with many pieces of Indian jewellery strewn across its body. Its ability Pickpocket comes from it stealing things, both Murkrow and Honchkrow have Super Luck, so I also gave it to this, and Dazzling comes from its many pieces of jewellery. Its stats are similar to Honchkrow's, but with: -15 HP, -20 Atk, -10 SpA, and +45 Spe.
Aurukrow from Aurum (Latin for Gold, Gold jewellery is popular in India and represents something pure, a contrast to the Pokémon its worn by) + Corruption of Crow)
Competitive: Can function as a physical attacker with Brave Bird and Iron Head as well as Sucker Punch, although what I see as its more preferred style of play is as a Special Attacker with Calm Mind/Choice Specs. It has good STABs in Flash Cannon/Steel Beam and Air Slash/Hurricane, and has a very good amount of coverage with Dark Pulse, Heat Wave, Psychic, Shadow Ball and Dazzling Gleam. Note that Dazzling doesn't help it much because of the fact that it is weak to 0 priority moves as far as I know, the only real use it has is meaning it can't be KOed by priority while at low HP allowing it to get a Defog off or something.

Pokemon: Ajanajan
Type:
/

Stats: 88 / 110 / 80 / 70 / 80 / 80 (508 BST)
Abilities: Intimidate / Shed Skin / Unnerve (HA)
Notable Moves: Glare, Coil, Gunk Shot, Crunch, Sucker Punch, Aqua Tail, Earthquake, Outrage, Dragon Rush, Dragon Dance, Scale Shot
Height/Weight: 19 ft / 100 kg
Design/Flavor: Evolves from Arbok after knocking out an opponent with poison damage. Its name is the reverse of Naja naja, the scientific name of the Indian/spectacled cobra which Arbok is based on. Ajanajan is colored to look more like a king cobra, with a mostly black body and pale yellow underside. The belly pattern stays mostly the same except that it has bright red eyes with a red fanged mouth pattern.
Competitive: Really just an adjusted resub of my initial altered Arbok. Glare lets it paralyze even Ground types, and Coil goes nicely with its STAB Gunk Shot and Dragon Rush. Sucker Punch provides some priority, Aqua Tail can hit Ground type switch ins, while Earthquake hits grounded Steel types. Dragon Dance helps it against faster offensive teams.

Pokemon: Ornantula
Type:
/

Stats: 70 / 97 / 60 / 77 / 60 / 108 (472 BST)
Abilities: Tough Claws / Unnerve / Infiltrator (HA)
Notable Moves: First Impression, Knock Off, Crunch, Sucker Punch, Lunge, Leech Life, Sticky Web, Toxic Spikes, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Psychic Fangs, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Toxic Thread, U-turn
Height/Weight: 3 ft / 18 kg
Design/Flavor: Evolves from Indian Joltik when leveling up over level 30 at night while holding a Razor Fang. Ornantula is based on the Indian ornamental tarantula which is endemic to the region. Its body is mainly black with intricate white patterns, with banded patterns on its legs. Its two large eyes are bright blue in contrast. Ornantula are prized by collectors for their beautiful coloration, unfortunately making them rare in the wild. They fight back with viciously sharp fangs and claws, with all legs and even their pedipalps and spinnerets having claws.
Competitive: Tough Claws boosts the damage of its many strong moves like First Impression, Sucker Punch, Leech Life, Knock Off, U-turn, etc. It has a high speed stat that allows it to set up Sticky Web or Toxic Spikes with ease, with Taunt to prevent opposing hazard setters. Fighting and Fairy types resist its STABs, but it has access to Psychic and Poison coverage too.

Jungle Bush Quail
1599710402262.jpeg
Blood Pheasant
1599710354554.jpeg
Pokemon: Indian Taillow
Type: Fire/Dark
Design/Flavor: Based on the Jungle Bush Quail, a type of bird found in various parts of India.
This Taillow is chubbier, with a stubbier tail. It’s neck and face now glow a fiery red. It’s chest and head are ash grey, while it’s back is white.

Pokemon: Asheant
Type: Fire/Dark
Stats: 60/65/50/115/60/115
Abilities: Flash Fire, Intimidate, Bloodlust (SpAtk is raised by 1 when this Pokemon knocks out an opponent) (HA)
Notable Moves: Eruption, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Dark Pulse, Hurricane, Shadow Ball, Scorching Sands, Ancient Power, Work Up, Agility, Roost, U-Turn, Will-O-Wisp, Disable, Ashfall (Fire | Special | 65 BP | 100% Acc | 10-16 PP | Effect: Power doubles if the Opponent is effected by a status condition)
Height/Weight: 2’07’’ Ft, 27.9 Kg
Design/Flavor: Based on the Blood Pheasant, which you can see in the picture above, and Volcanic Ash.
Honestly the design would pretty much just be a Pokemon version of that picture, with maybe a few tweaks such as making it’s bright red chest have a fiery glow and mixing in some orange embers on its grey back, which would shed feathers like ash.
Competitive: This Pokemon aims to work as a fast, powerful breaker who fires off powerful STAB Eruptions to obliterate opposing teams. Access to a strong ability to push sweeps over the edge in tandem with Agility and Work Up allow it to potentially focus as sweeper, although it’s paper-thin defenses easily balance it out. Lastly, it’s signature move coupled with WoW could potentially function well on status heavy teams.
Sub Phase Ends tomorrow

Oh, I hope I'm not too late!

Indian Seviper
This kind of Seviper has adapted to life in the water, hunting fish Pokémon with a fast-acting venom. Once it has eaten its fill, it will haul itself onto the shore to bask and digest its meal.
Regarded as a sacred creature by locals, whole temples have been constructed around Seviper nests so the residents won't be disturbed. It retains its habit of attacking Zangoose on sight.

The Sea Snake Pokémon
Type: Poison/Water
Size: 8'10", 120 lbs
Stats: 73/70/60/100/60/95 (BST: 458)
Abilities: Skill Link (HA Infiltrator)
Design/Flavor: Similar to regular Seviper, but based on a banded sea krait rather than a habu. The eyes are bright green, the forked tongue is purple, its body coloration has white and dark blue bands instead of yellow nodules, and it has a sea-blue diamond-shaped fin on the end of its tail instead of a blade. It also has a short yellow horn on its headplate, hinting at the more impressive one of its evolution, as well as with a yellow "collar-stripe" a third of the way down the body in preparation for a feature of said evolution.
Notable Moves:
  • Added moves: Tail Slap, Water Gun, Rain Dance, Nasty Plot, Hydro Pump
  • Removed moves: Feint, Night Slash, Haze, Swords Dance, Belch
  • TM Updates: Remove all Fire-type TMs, add all Dragon, Ground, Fighting, and Steel TMs
Evolves with a Water Stone into...

Nagurkha
The Militant Pokémon
The spouts on its collar shoot streams of poisoned water which it can form into razor-whips resembling extra necks and heads. These whips seem to act on their own will, lashing out at many foes at once.
When the fins on the sides of its neck are spread to their fullest extent, it's a sign that it's ready to fight. It hones its prowess in combat by fiercely challenging anyone in sight - especially its rival, Vyaghris.

Name Origin: Naga + Gurkha, soldiers native to the Indian subcontinent of Nepalese nationality
Type: Poison/Water
Size: The same as Onix: 28'10", 463 lbs
Stats: 83/80/70/130/70/115 (BST: 528)
Abilities: Skill Link (HA Infiltrator)
Design/Flavor: Since my Water Starter submission did not win, I decided to remake the final stage into a regional evolution of a Seviper variant, since it was based on Seviper anyway. It has an acid-green underbelly and lower jaw like a yellow-bellied sea snake, and both the tail fin and the long fangs are purple in color. The top of the head also now has a curved golden-yellow horn shaped like a kukri, in reference to the horns of Thai naga statues. There are also two fins on either side of the neck, normally folded against the neck but able to flare out like Heliolisk's frill to form a three-quarter-circle shape, light blue in color with purple jagged edges. It also has a golden collar similar to the band around Infernape's torso, with four small spouts sticking out of it; these can emit light blue water whips with blades on the ends formed from water shaped like normal Seviper's tail blade, with holes through them resembling eyes.
New Moves (relearnable at Level 1):
  • Water Whip - Water-type special Tail Slap clone
  • Virulent Blades - Poison-type special Icicle Spear clone, deals physical damage
Competitive Info: This is the same as the Nagurkha I defined in my starter submission - a fast special sweeper with Skill Link who can abuse both of the new moves I gave it. Alternatively, powerful STAB like Hydro Pump and Sludge Wave along with Dragon, Ground, Fighting, and Steel coverage moves.

Indian Zangoose
The Tiger Ferret Pokémon
These Zangoose were brought to this region for protection from dangerous predators. Calm and easygoing, their main defense is their thick fur, which accumulates heat over time.
Since its coat releases clouds of smoke with every movement, it often remains still to avoid unwanted attention, opening up its mind in the process. Seviper is still its mortal enemy.

Type: Psychic/Fire
Size: 8'10", 120 lbs
Stats: 83/85/60/80/60/90 (BST: 458)
Abilities: Fur Coat (HA Toxic Boost)
Design/Flavor: This Zangoose is more mellow than regular Zangoose, with thicker, fluffier fur around its body. Its color scheme is reminiscent of the stripe-necked mongoose along with tigers - that is, reddish orange in color, with charred-black stripes like Arcanine's on its back and arms along with bands on its tail and ear tips that are also black, a light blue snout along with a chest patch of the same color so the fur pattern invokes a monk's robes, and shaggy light blue "eyebrows" obscuring its eyes like Piloswine. It still has the same long sharp black claws as before, but they're somewhat more obscured by thicker fur on its hands. The fur around its waist is long enough that it obscures its legs, also like a robe, though they'd be the same as regular Zangoose aside from color.
Notable Moves:
  • Added moves: Smog, Flame Charge, Confusion, Flamethrower, Psycho Cut, Calm Mind, Flare Blitz, Slack Off, Psychic
  • Removed moves: Quick Attack, Fury Cutter, Pursuit, Revenge, False Swipe, Embargo, X-Scissor, Taunt, Close Combat
  • TM Updates: Remove all Dark and Ghost TMs, and add all Fire and Psychic TMs along with Safeguard and Helping Hand.
Evolves with a Fire Stone into...

Vyaghris
The Forbearing Pokémon
Local legends tell of a sage who was given the pelt of one of these Pokémon after injuring himself, and gained its strengths as a result. In battle, its dense fur and evasive movements help it tire out attackers such as its rival, Nagurkha.
The pleasant-smelling smoke rising from its fur calms down those who smell it. This kind-hearted Pokémon senses its surroundings by meditating constantly, so it can detect when its peers are in trouble and then move in to end the crisis.

Name Origin: Vyaghrapada + Tigris (as in Panthera tigris, the binomial name of the tiger)
Type: Psychic/Fire
Size: The same height as Snorlax (6'11"), but half the weight (507 lbs)
Stats: 93/85/90/80/85/90 (BST: 525)
Abilities: Fur Coat (HA Toxic Boost)
Design/Flavor: This regional evolution is based on several sources: the weretiger of Indian lore, the rivalry between tigers and dragons in East Asian folklore along with the relationship between mongeese and snakes (mongeese are feliforms, meaning they're closely related to cats), incense burners, Hindu monks and religious "wise men", and the mythical sage known as Vyaghrapada, who was given a tiger's legs after injuring his feet when gathering an offering of flowers for the god Shiva. It's a bigger, fluffier version of the Indian Zangoose, almost reminiscent of those scrapped Electric-type tigers, though upright and with the same shapes to the arms, ears, and tail as Zangoose. Its most notable changes are around its face - the eyebrows are much fluffier, and its snout is now covered by a mustache and beard giving the impression of an elderly wise man. The legs are now visible peeking out from under the "coat" of fur around its waist, resembling those of Lucario except shorter and stockier, but still strong enough for speed and agility. Despite this, it's often found seated in meditation, conserving energy for when it has to fight in defense of the innocent. Essentially, it is the counterpart to Nagurkha - peaceful where its rival is aggressive, warm and dry where its foe is wet and cold, and tough where its foe is frail.
New Moves (relearnable at Level 1):
  • Incense Smoke - Fire-type Aromatherapy clone, also removes all negative stat changes
  • Intercept - Psychic-type Avalanche clone
Competitive Info: Whereas Nagurkha is more specialized on the speedy, specially offensive front, Vyaghris is more defensive, especially on the physical side, though decently fast and with enough physical power to serve as a mostly physical tank as well. It resists six types but is weak to five, with no double-resistances or double-weaknesses to exploit. With Intercept, it can spring a nasty surprise on opponents trying to simply hit it really hard or just dish out good physical Psychic STAB in general, and it can also use Flame Charge to increase its speed and deal damage at the same time, or Flare Blitz to take down enemies quickly, with just enough HP to take the recoil and hopefully heal up with Slack Off. It also has access to such support moves as Helping Hand, Safeguard, Protect, Light Screen, Reflect, and Psychic Terrain.
