Resource National Dex OU Good Cores

As a balanced core they function incredibly well. slowking covers for the special side and scizor for the physical. slowking can also take the fire moves scizor hates and scizor loves absorbing knock off. They also function as a good backbone for more offensive teams as both of them posses a slow pivot move. Slowkings future sight also pairs well with many of the pokemon scizor likes paring with.

A offensive Normal/Ghost/Fighting core that incredible for all players National Dex!

I used Snorlax as it it’s a excellent curse sweeper having access to moves such as Rest, Sleep Talk, and Earthquake. Sleep talk allows the player to randomly use a move while asleep. While curse lowers the speed by one, it also raises attack and defense. Making Snorlax one of the best first introduced Pokémon in National Dex. Tip: After two turns, Snorlax wakes up.

With great HP Snorlax has, it has terrible speed and one weaknes to fighting.
Mega Lopunny comes in. Due to stab moves and great speed and attack, it makes up for Snorlaxs lack of speed. Even though with great EVS and great moves. Lopunny has weaknesses. Mega Lopunny being Normal/Fighting, it unfortunately has weaknesses such as Fighting, Psychic, and Fairy. However, it’s super effective Rock, Bug, Dark. To even add on, due to it’s ability Scrappy, it hits through Ghost-types. Making Mega Lopunny a complete powerhouse.

With Snorlax being a Normal-type they sadly don’t effect ghost types. Gengar being Ghost/Poison isn’t affected by Fighting or Normal types usually, and it is super effective against Ghost-types, Grass-types Psychic/types.
Even though it’s super effective against Ghost and Psychic. It does have a weakness against Ghost, Dark, and Ground.

Snorlax has no niche, there are many far better bulky physical wincons out there, Gengar is very niche and hitting ghosts and the small amount of defensive utility it has isn't enough to justify it's placement. Normal moves are uncommon outside of MLop, who has scrappy and will hit ghosts anyways. Fighting moves are more common but there are better defensive fighting-type answers that MLop *can't* ignore, like physdef Zapdos, Moltres, Mew, Clef, saying that Snorlax is one of the best Pokémon from the first generation (assuming that's what you mean) is insulting to the former (who happened to be kanto mons, not intentional oops) in addition to any Kanto Pokémon you may find on this tier's viability rankings, and then a couple more as well, Lopunny's weaknesses shouldn't matter as it isn't coming in on any non-resisted/immune hit anyways. Also I noticed an extreme fixation with types in your post, and while types are important, a common beginner mistake is fixating on them while ignoring specific threats your team may face
 
Who should I replace then?
honestly? everything except for one mon between mlop and geng. mlop here is a late-game cleaner; something that takes a weakened team and finishes whatever's left of it. like your snorlax set, it's sort of a wincondition; once your opponent's mons are weakened enough, then you can let loose with it. it appreciates passive damage coming from teammates, so something like this set here:

not only is bulkier than mlop, allowing it to come in on hits mlop cannot, but with the trick + sbarb combo as well as setting stealth rocks, it can help accumulate passive damage for the opponent to take and be weakened enough for mlop to cleanly finish them off.

as for gengar, it is arguably a little too niche to build a team/core around, but nonetheless; gengar is decent as a wallbreaker on ho teams, and a threat that really does appreciate getting rid of scary fairy types is this kommo-o set:

Scizor uturns on heatran zapdos and pex who all get abused by kyurem while switching into revenge killers like lele and weavile

These mons form a potent offensive core. DD Ghostium Dragapult+Specs Hoopa can weaken each others checks..Clef never enjoys eating a Specs Psyshock coming from Hoopa's massive 700+ Sp Atk stat,meaning that it will think twice about switching in. Hoopa is also specially bulky enough to not care about anything Specs Greninja wants to do and OHKO it back with a Specs Tbolt or Focus Blast. Hoopa can also switch into the annoying bulky waters that might be able to tank a hit from Drag and burn it with scald. In return, Drag scares out fast physical mons like Garchomp that Hoopa would rather not deal with.

Excellent type synergy. Greninja tends to invite in mons like Ferrothorn, Fini and Pex which Manectrics excellent Electric/Fire/Ice coverage throttles. Pre Mega evolution, Manectric offers an electric immunity which gren greatly appreciates. These two mons combined offer an excellent anti rain matchup(if Gren is scarf), because repeated chip U turns from Gren will be enough to weaken Swampert into range of another teammate, annihiliating the team's only electric immunity.

Volcanion has a 4x resistance to ice and fire and a water immunity so it can switch into many attacks that would outright OHKO Lando like G-Darms Icicle Crash or CB Crawdaunt's Crabhammer or Dracovish's Fishous Rend. With a great SP Atk stat, it also isn't passive unlike the other water immunity/resists people use like Seismitoad, Pex, Slowbro or Tang. Lando offers a ground and electric immunity as well as a rock neutrality. meaning it can switch into mons like Excadrill and opposing Landorus.

Obvious one here. Scizor mauls Clefable and other fairies who love switching into it. Hydreigon loves coming in on fire types like Heatran so it can throw off one of its powerful Specs or Nasty Plot boosted attacks. Scizor also provides a fighting neutrality and a bug resistance. Both of these mons have reliable recovery so they can continue to switch in on each others threats. Overall a great offensive core.

Mega Diancie's ability to pressure Defoggers let it be a great partner to Greninja, who can set Spikes and slam Steels with STAB Dark Pulse. Additionally, Mega Diancie can take Fighting-type attacks and retaliate with Moonblast. Finally, Diancie appreciates the Spikes support, as it wears down Regenerator 'mons such as Slowbro and Toxapex. Finally, Heatran takes on Grass-types such as the ever-threatening Kartana and Rillaboom, while breaking down Blissey/Chansey. It also appreciates Mega Diancie's pressurization of Rain teams.
