for the current core I believe Tera fighting dragapult would break it easily. With tera fighting, it would easily OHKO kingambit, and then do the same to medicham.
If tera is not allowed, i will suggest Iron valiant. It would easily break those two, with faster speed than medicham with moonblast being super-effective, and a powerful CC to KO kingambit.
