for adv:

i feel ludicolo should reach 200 outside of rain (and 400 in rain). i know that its lack of resistance to espeed makes it pretty vulnerable to deo-a revenge killing, but ludi narrowly avoids being ohkod by deo-a from full and if deo lacks cb, ludi needs to be under 60% for it to ohko. (needs 96 evs to hit 200 btw)


if you disagree with that, it should to be added to 352 alongside eggy to show +2 from rain
