Most Overrated 4th Gen Pokemon in OU?

Sorry, but I just sort of laugh whenever I see a lead Starmie. Not once has it ever beaten my lead Aerodactyl, as Stone Edge and EQ consecutively KO. Well, okay, it's Stone Edge we're talking about, so maybe I lost once or twice, but still, leaving it to die in the lead position is a waste of a perfectly good sweeper.

And by forcing you to attack and 2HKO it, it has done its job of keeping rocks off the field. It'll leave you hanging at 1 HP, easy prey for any form of priority (Metagross's Bullet Punch comes to mind, as it is one of the most common partners for a lead Starmie). No matter what Aerodactyl does against Starmie, it will not come out of it with Stealth Rock set up. This can really be crucial, as it lets something like Mixed Dragonite switch in and out that much more freely, and that enables it to come in and launch that scary-strong Draco Meteor whenever it pleases; no team enjoys switching in to STAB LO Draco Meteors off base 100 SAtk.
