RE: MLTx23 winds and MLTx23 heals

MLTx23 heals forfeited a game on ladder to MLTx23 winds in order to boost the latter's ladder ranking. This is followed up by MLTx23 winds thanking MLTx23 heals and an attempt to hide the evidence. Boosting ladder ranking artificially is absolutely not allowed, as it goes against the mere point of holding ladder tournaments in the first place, and is a form of cheating.

TieR and Day Healer are disqualified from participating in MLT V for boosting. Any attempt to qualify for playoffs will be nulled. In addition to that, they may both receive a tour ban, although the length is still undecided.
