OK everyone, the votes are in! The winners are...

Grass / Dark. Winner: Comparsnip (4 votes). Runner up: Fungomancer and Alpalpaca (1 vote each).
Fire / Psychic. Winner: Tigresh (2 votes). Runner up: Psypyre (2 votes)
While this was a tie, I felt that Tigresh would have more of a niche, as both Fire and Psychic already have plenty of utility Pokemon
Water / Fighting. Winner: Flooduel (5 votes). Runner up: Concrabble (1 vote).

Congratulations to Brodaha , Origin0 and PokemonMasterDebater ! Your creations have been added to the spreadsheet. For slate 8, we will be sticking with themed slates. This time, it will be Eeveelutions! To the aformentioned users, when you PM me or leave a comment on my profile with the type you want for next slate. It must be single type and cannot be fire, water, electric, dark, psychic, grass, ice or fairy type. Additonally, please no signature moves and as with the other Eeveelutions it must have base stats of 130 / 110 / 95 / 65 / 65 / 60, arranged in any order you wish. Double congratulations to PokemonMasterDebater - as 5 of your Pokemon have now won the slates, you get to buff a preexisting Pokemon! See OP for rules. Please post your suggestions in this thread so we can all discuss it. Good luck everyone!

Type 1: Flying
Type 2: Ground
Type 3: Poison

Ability: Big Pecks / Aerilate
Base stats: 60/130/65/110/65/95
Useful Moves You don't have to list the entire movepool - just the moves you think it would actually use
Physical: Return/Frustration, Quick Attack, Brick Break, Stomping Tantrum, U-Turn
Special: Hyper Voice, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power
Status: Wish, Calm Mind, Work Up, Defog
Sprite: I’m assuming it would need a new sprite
Weight: 27 kg
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: A great wallbreaker for Flying, boasting a powerful Aerilate-boosted Return.
Is it broken?: It has a middling speed tier and low BP coverage moves. It has a weakness to Stealth Rock, offers no extra defensive type coverage, and finds it hard to switch in due to its bad bulk.

Ability: Sand Veil / Sand Force
Base stats: 65/110/95/65/60/130
Useful Moves You don't have to list the entire movepool - just the moves you think it would actually use
Physical: Earthquake, Iron Tail, Iron Head, Rock Slide, Brick Break
Special: N/A
Status: Stealth Rock, Work Up
Sprite: I’m assuming it would need a new sprite
Weight: 27 kg
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: A great wallbreaker and revenge killer for Ground, boasting powerful Sand Force-boosted Earthquakes, Rock Slides, and Iron Tails.
Is it broken?: It has only decent offensive presence outside of sand and either low BP or low accuracy coverage moves. It offers no extra defensive type coverage, and finds it hard to switch in due to its bad bulk.

Ability: Poison Point / Unaware

Special: Clear Smog
Status: Wish, Toxic Spikes, Roar, Heal Bell, Curse (this could be broken)
Sprite: I’m assuming it would need a new sprite
Weight: 27 kg
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: A great wall for Poison, boasting great utility moves to support the team.
Is it broken?: It has low Defense and is pretty passive. It offers no extra defensive type coverage, and relies on WishTect, which gives it 4MSS.

Flying
Name: Wispeon, the Air Glider pokemon
Abilities:
Aerilate / Air Current (Summons Gusty Winds, a new type of weather (Gusty Winds: for 5 turns, all Flying moves have perfect accuracy, hazards on the field are removed and can't be placed, and Stone Edge and Rock Slide have their accuracy halved when used against Flying types). Secret Power turns into Air Slash, and Weather Ball becomes Flying type.)
HP: 65
Atk: 110
Def: 65
SpA: 60
SpD: 130
Spe: 95
Total: 525
Physical moves: Body Slam, Quick Attack, Return, Facade, Frustration, Acrobatics, Brave Bird, Superpower, Dig, Fire Fang, Knock Off, Bite
Special moves: N/A
Status moves: Bulk Up, Roost, Thunder Wave, Taunt, Toxic, Heal Bell, Tailwind, Roar
Sprite:
158260

Weight: 65.9 lbs/ 29.9 kg
Gender: 87.5% male/12.5% female
Competitive use: Wispeon is a decent Physical sweeper with arelite. However, it would most likely run a support set with Air Current, greatly helping its teammates with their Rock weakness, while having support moves like Heal Bell, Taunt, and Tailwind. However, it's only great stat is its Spedef, which is hurt by its measly base 65 HP stat. Attacking sets also may fall a little flat with a mediocre base 110 attack and base 95 speed stat.

Poison
Name: Noxieon, the Poison Spike pokemon
Abilities:
Corrosion / Neurotoxin (All physical moves have a 30% chance to poison, and attacks are crits if opponent is poisoned. Merciless + Poison Touch Clone.)
HP: 65
Atk: 130
Def: 95
SpA: 60
SpD: 65
Spe: 110
Total: 525
Physical moves: Poison Jab, Quick Attack, Cross Poison, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, Bite, Dig, Superpower, Aqua Tail, Ice Fang
Special moves: Clear Smog
Status moves: Toxic Spikes, Toxic, Heal Bell, Swords Dance
Sprite:
158545

Weight: 62.5 lbs/ 28.35 kg
Gender: 87.5% male/12.5% female
Competitive use: Noxieon can be used to poison walls that Poison teams would normally struggle with, such as Toxapex or Ferrothorn with corrosion, or it can be used as a Toxic Spikes Abusing sweeper with Neurotoxin. However, while it has a good speed teir, it gets outsped by a lot of 'mons like Gren and Koko, Scarfers, and Boosted sweepers, and it can't take a hit very Well.

Ground
Name: Dusteon, the Sand Dune pokemon
Abilities:
Sand Stream / Dry Skin
HP: 130
Atk: 95
Def: 110
SpA: 60
SpD: 65
Spe: 65
Total: 525
Physical moves: Earthquake, Rock Slide, Knock Off, Bite, Quick Attack ( Attacks are mostly used to prevent being taunt fodder)
Special moves: N/A
Status moves: Toxic, Stealth Rock, Wish, Recover, Heal Bell, Roar
Sprite:
159027

Weight: 61.4 lbs/ 27.85 kg
Gender: 87.5% male/12.5% female
Competitive use: Outclasses Hippowdon as a Sand Setter with its better HP stat, Heal Bell and wish for teammate support, and also can serve as a water immunity with Dry Skin.

All of these Eeveelutions also get the other moves of Eevee, the ones listed are just the ones that would be useful.

Air Current (Summons Gusty Winds (Gusty Winds: for 5 turns, all Flying moves have perfect accuracy and have 1.5% power, hazards on the field are removed and can't be placed, and Stone Edge and Rock Slide have their accuracy Halved).)

That ability sounds insane. You get an automatic Defog In addition to perfectly accurate hurricanes which factoring in all boosts have 247 power. That can also confuse, and that nothing is immune to. Oh and you can’t revenge kill it with Stone Edge or Rock Slide either unless you get lucky, as Rock Slide now has 45% accuracy.

Ability: Air Lock | Adaptability (HA)
Base stats: 130 / 60 / 65 / 95 / 110 / 65 | 525 BST
Useful Moves: ( gets Wish, Heal Bell, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, and every other move of Eevee )
Physical: U-turn
Special: Hurricane, Air Slash, Heat Wave,
Status: Tailwind, Defog, Whirlwind
Sprite: Grey and light blue fur, huge kite-shaped ears, a bushy tail, and streamers from the ears and tail as it flies by catching the wind with its ears.
Weight: 22.2 kg
Gender: Default
Competitive use: A special wall for Flying teams that can pass big wishes and clear status for its teammates. Flying is one of the best mono-attacking types, so Adaptability gives it solid 100 BP Air Slashes or crazy 146 BP Hurricanes. Eeveelutions don't typically get much coverage, but at least as a Flying-type it would get Heat Wave; as a defensive pokemon utilizing Wish, one coverage move is probably all it needs.
Is it broken?: It can be broken through by powerful physical attackers, and Stealth Rock is a big hindrance to it. Most teams should be able to make a game plan that breaks through it.

Ability: Sand Veil | Guts (HA)
Base stats: 65 / 130 / 110 / 65 / 60 / 95 | 525 BST
Useful Moves: ( gets Wish, Heal Bell, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, and every other move of Eevee )
Physical: Earthquake, Stone Edge, Knock Off, Iron Head
Special:
Status:
Stealth Rock, Swords Dance, Rock Polish
Sprite: Based on...dirt
Weight: 45.1 kg
Gender: Default
Competitive use: A guts wallbreaker for Ground teams. It has reasonable Def to attempt some kind of setup with, and it has many options from dual dance to SR to all-out-attacker. At +2 Speed with a burn it would be very tough for offense teams to revenge kill.
Is it broken?: Its coverage and typing is redundant for Ground teams, its special bulk is horrible, and its speed is middling, and it needs to be in for a turn to get its Flame Orb activated. It also competes with Landorus-T, who brings much more bulk to the table in exchange for less power.

Ability: Poison Point | Skill Link (HA)
Base stats: 65 / 95 / 110 / 60 / 65 / 130 | 525 BST
Useful Moves: ( gets Wish, Heal Bell, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, and every other move of Eevee )
Physical: Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Poison Fang, Bone Rush, Pin MIssile, U-turn
Special:
Status:
Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Swords Dance, Taunt
Sprite: Purple fur, large green eyes, two big fangs sticking out fom the grin, green knobs along the back, and a long tail with quills at the end of it.
Weight: 34.7 kg
Gender: Default
Competitive use: A very hazard setter and sweeper for Poison. Taunt / Spikes / Toxic Spikes is a nice combination of moves for a fast pokemon, and Gunk Shot / Bone Rush makes for solid coverage and decent offensive presence desptie 95 base Atk.
Is it broken?: It's Atk isn't that high, and fast hazard leads are nothing new.

Hurricane only will have 165 power, and honestly, other than Tornadus, nothing else viable (unless you count Mega-Pidgeot, which is very niche) gets it or would run it. If you really think its busted, I'll remove the perfect accuracy or 1.5% power part.

That also includes STAB. And besides it isn’t just Hurricane it boosts - there’s numerous Brave Birds which now have 180 BP, heck even Aerodactyl could run Aerial Ace - thanks to Tough Claws it would have roughly the same power as Brave Bird.

Ok, since I was creating a weather ability, I decided to boost the power since most other weathers boost the bp of a type (except for Hail). I'll remove the bp multiplier from the ability.

Ability: Aerilate / Gale Wings
Base stats: 95 / 60 / 65 / 110 / 65 / 130 [525]
Useful Moves
: U-turn
: Air Slash, Heat Wave, Hurricane, Hyper Voice, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt
: Defog, Roost, Tailwind, Wish
Sprite: Glaceon but bluish gray and with wings
Weight: 49 lbs, 22.3 kg
Gender: 88.1% M, 11.9% F
Size: 3'03'' ft, 1 m
Egg Group(s): Field
Competitive use: Zephyreon is a fast special attacker with Aerilate-boosted Hyper Voice, giving it an accurate and powerful special Flying STAB that is not often seen on Flying types. This should give it a niche on Flying teams looking for a strong special attacker with a spammable STAB and coverage with Heat Wave, Shadow Ball, or Thunderbolt. It can also pass Wishes with its decent HP stat and quickly pivot out with U-turn.
Is it broken?: Its defenses let down its HP stat, and its coverage moves are present on many other Flying types already. Being mono-Flying also means it doesn't provide any defensive backbone or offensive STAB coverage for its team.
Pokedex: The energy of evolution caused a pair of wings to sprout from Eevee's back. Zephyreon flies through the air gracefully, looking almost as if it were dancing or swimming.

Ability: Sand Rush / Swift Swim
Base stats: 65 / 65 / 95 / 130 / 60 / 110 [525]
Useful Moves
: U-turn
: Earth Power, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball
: Wish
Sprite: Vaporeon but brown and sandy looking
Weight: 58.4 lbs, 26.5 kg
Gender: 88.1% M, 11.9% F
Size: 2'11'' ft, 0.9 m
Egg Group(s): Field
Competitive use: Silteon has access to both Sand Rush and Swift Swim along with a high base speed and special attack, filling the niche on Ground teams for a fast special attacker on sand teams. Swift Swim allows it to threaten opposing rain teams with its powerful Earth Power and Grass Knot, as shown in some of the calcs below.
Is it broken?: While it can beat many Water staples, it is rather frail, especially on the special side. It also has very little in terms of coverage, having nothing to hit most Flying types and Grass types.
Pokedex: Moving quickly through sand and even mud, Silteon easily catches its opponents off guard, striking with swift blows before hiding in the sand.
252 SpA Life Orb Silteon Grass Knot (100 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Swampert-Mega: 525-619 (153.9 - 181.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Silteon Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Swampert-Mega: 175-208 (51.3 - 60.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Silteon Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Keldeo: 208-247 (64.3 - 76.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Silteon Grass Knot (120 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Gyarados: 169-200 (51 - 60.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Silteon Shadow Ball vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Rotom-Wash: 108-127 (35.6 - 41.9%) -- 91% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Ability: Poison Touch / Corrosion
Base stats: 65 / 130 / 60 / 110 / 65 / 95 [525]
Useful Moves
: Crush Claw, Gunk Shot, Shadow Claw
: Acid Spray, Clear Smog, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Venoshock
: Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Wish
Sprite: Umbreon but dark purple and oozing poison
Weight: 59.5 lbs, 27 kg
Gender: 88.1% M, 11.9% F
Size: 3'03'' ft, 1 m
Egg Group(s): Field
Competitive use: Acideon is a strong mixed attacker with high offensive stats and decent Poison/Ghost coverage. It fills the niche for a strong physical attacker on Poison teams.
Is it broken?: It has low bulk and only moderate speed, leaving it vulnerable to anything with priority or higher speed. It also lacks a second STAB to use with its good offensive stats.
Pokedex: While it is called the Caustic Claws Pokemon, Acideon's whole body is capable of oozing the dangerous liquid when threatened. Trainers need to be careful that this substance doesn't get onto equipment, as it can damage electronics and even Pokeballs.

Ability: Poison Touch (Merciless)
Base stats: 95/110/65/65/60/130
Useful Moves:
: Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Stomping Tantrum, Super Power, Knock Off, U-Turn, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang,
: Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Shadow Ball, Hex, Giga Drain,
: Wish, Heal Bell, Toxic, Hone Claws, Work Up
Sprite: Custom, with deep purple Eevee as placeholder
Weight: 24.5 kg
Gender: 87.5m/12.5f
Size: 1 m
Egg Group(s): Field
Competitive use: A fast cleaner for poison. Can come in late in a match, after poison has been spread around by other team members and blast away with auto crit Gunk Shots or an appropriate coverage move.
Is it OP?: While Fast, it's got low bulk, and it can struggle against Steel and other Poison teams, since it relies on targets already being poisoned. For the same reason, it can have a hard time setting up against teams with Heal Bell, or other methods of removing poison.

158235
Ability: Long Reach (Super Luck)
Base stats: 130/65/95/65/110/60
Useful Moves:
: Acrobatics, Brave Bird, U-Turn, Knock Off, Foul Play
: Air Slash, Hurricane, Focus Blast, Heat Wave, Shadow Ball
: Wish, Heal Bell, Roost, Toxic, Curse, Work Up, Whirlwind, Focus Energy
Sprite:Custom, with winged Eevee as placeholder
Weight: 20.5 kg
Gender: 87.5m/12.5f
Size: 1.1 m
Egg Group(s): Field
Competitive use: Wishpassing Cleric, that has knock off and U-Turn for utility. Can also run a 100% crit set with Focus Energy.
Is it OP?: If anything, this one is actually too weak. It offers so little to Flying teams defensively that it's useful aspects get over shadowed by it's lack of neutralities.

158309
Ability: Tough Claws (Sniper)
Base stats: 110/130/65/60/65/95
Useful Moves:
: Earthquake, Drill Run, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Blaze Kick, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Quick Attack
: Earth Power, Shadow Ball, Sludge Wave,
: Wish, Heal Bell, Toxic, Curse, Work Up, Hone Claws, Roar, Focus Energy
Sprite:Custom, with dirty Eevee as placeholder
Weight: 29.5 kg
Gender: 87.5m/12.5f
Size: 1 m
Egg Group(s): Field
Competitive use: Attacker that can set up with Focus Energy to get a 100% crit rate, or be a effective choice item user with Tough Claws boosted Drill Run, Ice Fang and Blaze Kick.
Is it OP?: Speed isn't fast enough to outpace many offensive threats, so it is unlikely to sweep outright. Bulk is okay, but it doesn't bring anything useful to the table with its defensive typing, meaning that it probably wont be able to take advantage of its good support movepool.

Ability: Fluffy / Unburden
Base stats: 65 / 60 / 130 / 95 / 65 / 110
Useful Moves
Physical: None
Special: Hurricane, Heat Wave, Hidden Power, Stored Power
Status: Calm Mind, Roost, Wish, Heal Bell, Refresh, Defog
Sprite: Leafeon coloured light blue
Weight: 8.5 kgs
Size: 1.0m
Egg groups: Field
Gender: All
Competetive use: Gives Flying teams a nice cleric, which can also function as a bulky sweeper with Calm Mind, Hurricane, Roost and either Heat Wave or Heal Bell.
Is it broken: Lacks resistances due to its pure Flying typing, Fluffy doesn't help it that much as most of the moves it's weak to don't make contact. It also has very limited coverage.
Pokedex: It endlessly rides through wind currents, happily tumbling over and over, never getting dizzy. It is siad that letting one touch the ground brings bad luck.

Ability: Corrosion / Filter
Base stats: 130 / 65 / 95 / 110 / 65 / 60
Useful moves
Physical: None
Special: Sludge Bomb, Hidden Power, Clear Smog, Dark Pulse, Veonshock
Status: Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Taunt, Wish, Heal Bell
Sprite: Umbreon coloured dark purple
Weight: 15.3 kgs
Size: 1.0 m
Egg groups: Field
Gender: All
Competetive use: Gives Poison teams a strong Wish passer, letting it pass huge Wishes to keep Pokemon like Muk-Alola healthy. It's not too passive either with its respectable base 110 SpA. It can also be a nice stallbreaker with Taunt and Toxic that can hit Poison types, making the mirror match easier.
Is it broken? Its movepool is very shallow, giving it next to nothing beyond its STABs. It's on the slow side as well, and its low Special Defence underscores its solid physical bulk.
Pokedex: Despite its unnerving appearance, it has a very kind disposition. It feeds on pollution, and enviromental agencies usually breed large numbers of these Pokemon.

Ability: Sand Force / Sand Guard (Sand Guard: user cannot be statused in a Sandstorm.)
Base stats: 65 / 110 / 65 / 60 / 95 / 130
Useful moves
Physical: Earthquake, Stone Edge, Knock Off, Iron Head
Special: None
Status: Swords Dance
Sprite: Flareon coloured brown
Weight: 12.4 kgs
Egg groups: Field
Size: 1.0 m
Gender: All
Competetive use: It's a fast late game sweeper, akin to Excadrill. Sand Force lets it hit extremely hard in a sandstorm.
Is it broken? It's pretty frail, and doesn't have much it can switch on. Most Choice Scarf users and priority moves can revenge kill it fairly reliably.
Pokedex: They live deep in the heart of the desert, able to go up to 6 months without drinking any Water. There are reports of them leading people lost in the desert back to safety.

I'm bored

Sorry if the name sounds stolen. I think it has a nice ring to it
Abilities: Cloud Nine / Big Pecks (shush) / Regenerator
Base Stats: 130 / 65 / 95 / 60 / 65 / 110
(Potentially) Useful Moves:
Physical - Acrobatics, Sky Attack, Mirror Move, Iron Tail, Quick Attack, Facade
Special - Air Slash, yeah no we're not working with 60 spatk
Status - Taunt, Work Up (sd might be a bit much with everything I'm giving it), Defog, Roost, Substitute, Toxic, Wish
Sprite: willing to work on it if it somehow gets chosen, or like steal someone else's :P
Weight: 23 kgs (50.7 pounds)
Size: 0.9 m
Egg groups: Field
Gender: All
Competetive Use: it's decent bulk could end up finding a niche as a subtox or taunt + defog mon, or even a wish passing mon. definitely not inspired by torn. gets z mirror move for people who just wanna play with eeveelutions.
Is it broken: eeveelution spread feels awful to begin with, a pure flying type will make it hard to justify using, even if it ends up being a decent defensive Pokemon (see mandibuzz)

Pokedex: It despises fights. It would rather take blows and end the fight peacefully than fight back, though it can pack quite a punch if in dire straits.

Don't worry about it. TBH I like your sub better than mine anyway, so i'm gonna be rooting for it to win the vote. Speaking of which...
2. Creation period will last 7 days, and voting will last 3 days.
We are behind schedule for voting, we started this 10 days ago.

Flying: Cycloneon
Poison: Toxineon
Ground: Turfeon

I like themed slates, but I think we should make the themes a bit broader, maybe. This slate didn't leave that much room for creativity imo when you have a set type and set stats that you can rearrange. Also, we should make sure that the themes can have viable pokemon come out of it. To use this slate as an example again, I think the ground type eeveelution is likely going to be outclassed no matter what wins. Will fossils really be a good slate considering all of them will likely be Rock types?

Fossils was just an idea. I also thought about evolutions of previous Pokemon a la Gen 4.

Fossils are nice in that they exist in almost every gen. Besides, not every type has been combined with rock yet.

Other possibilities: Psuedolegends, bst 600 mythicals, megas, blobs, early rodents and birds, Pikachu clones, spore using mushrooms

OK the votes are in! Winners:

Flying. Winner: Zephyreon (3 votes) Runner up: Cycloneon (2 votes)
Poison. Winner: Poiseon (5 vots). Runner up: Toxineon (1 vote)
Ground. Winner: Turfeon (4 votes). Runners up: Sahareon and Dusteon (1 vote each)

Congratulations to Origin0 , PokemonMasterDebater and Scoopapa ! Now, for the next slate things are going to be a bit different. We are going to create evolutions of previous gen Pokemon. Please don't make it an evolution of something that's already very bulky - no one wants to see Eviolite Steelix or Scizor. You could create a branching evolution of Onix or Scyther though. Oh, and if it has a mega evolution, or is already at the 3rd stage, it's barred. PM me or leave a comment on my profile with which Pokemon you want to give an evolution to, and if you're OK with it having a new secondary typing. Good luck!

Also, Thunderusa is now named Shoburu to seperate itself from Thundurus. PokemonMasterDebater as five of your Pokemon have won the slates, you can buff a previous Pokemon (or one of your own creations) if you wish.

1. Octillery evo (can have new secondary typing). 530 BST limit.
2. Mismagius evo (can have new secondary typing). 530 BST limit.
3. Arbok evo (can have new secondary typing) 530 BST limit
