Mix and Mega has never been the most OU-based Metagame, but there's plenty of ubers that have still never gotten a real chance in the gen 8 spotlight. Perhaps they were banned early on, perhaps they were suspected in a different gen, or for no few of them they never had a single opportunity in the first place! Luckily, we have a chance right here to fix that.

In this tournament, the format will follow that of standard Mix and Mega, but with more legal sets. Specifically, Pidgeotite, Eternatus, and Kyogre are unbanned, and Calyrex-Ice, Dialga, Giratina, Ho-Oh, Lugia, Marshadow, Melmetal, Necrozma-Dawn-Wings, Reshiram, Palkia, Yveltal, and Xerneas unrestricted (and can thus hold mega stones); Sleep moves are banned
