Pokémon: Mesprit
Types:

Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 80 HP / 120 Atk / 105 Def / 90 SpA / 95 SpD / 90 Spe | BST: 580
Move Changes: +Swords Dance, Close Combat, Psychic Fangs, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave
Description: This is our third Psychic type in a row, so I think it was important to make it have a positive matchup versus Dark types that will inevitably being added, and I also wanted to start adding traditional wallbreakers to the tier. So Mesprit plays like Gallade at home (or better idk), it can viably either run Choice Scarf or Swords Dance wallbreaking.

Type: Rock / Fighting
Abilites: Sheer Force / Rock Head / Sturdy (HA)
Stats: 70 / 100 / 125 / 30 / 85 / 70 | 480
Move Changes:
+ Close Combat, Superpower, Hammer Arm, Drain Punch, Knock Off, Bulk Up, Swords Dance
Description: With far better stats, a good offensive typing, and Sheer Force, Sudowoodo can be a very potent offensive threat. It also has access to Swords Dance and Rock Polish to attempt to sweep. However, that poor inital speed, below average special bulk, and bad defensive typing means that it can be taken out before it becomes too threatening.

:SV/Froslass:
Type: Ghost / Fairy
Abilites: Cursed Body / Levitate (HA)
Stats: 90 / 40 / 80 / 110 / 90 / 110 | 520
Move Changes:
+ Moonblast
Description: Froslass is a fantastic lead on paper with its access to moves such as Taunt, Spikes, and Destiny Bound, the typing, abilites, and stats fall apart. While fast, it's way too weak and frail to threaten entry hazard removers and do much besides its one-dimesional role. But with a much better typing, superior stats with alright bulk and good power, and Levitate, it can serve as a lead much better. However, its still not particuarly bulky, so it can struggle to set up several layers of spikes consitently.

:SV/Mesprit:
Type: Psychic / Electric
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 90 / 65 / 105 / 115 / 105 / 100 | 580
Move Changes:
+ Discharge, Volt Switch, Parabolic Charge, Wish
Description: Despite being a legendary, Mesprit's average stats let it down, with middling speed and initial power. Its bulk is solid, but a bad defensive typing hampers it, not to mention no reliable recovery. With an extra Electric typing, Mesprit gains extra resistances at the cost of no other weaknesses thanks to Levitate. The stat spread is also much better, lowering its mostly useless Attack to give it slightly better bulk and power, on top of much better speed. It also has Wish as recovery, albiet unreliable. However, its typing still isn't that great, giving it annoying weaknesses and not much relevant resistances. Relying on Wish is also less than satisfactory in terms of recovery. While its speed is much better, 100 is extremely crowded and may struggle to serve as an offensive threat as a result.

Move Changes: +: Tail Glow, Chilling Water, Hex, Swords Dance, Waterfall, Aqua Jet, Flip Turn, Rock Slide
-: Stored Power, U-Turn
Description: As a Lake Guardian, it makes sense to me that Mesprit would be a Water type as well. I also tried to stick within the bounds of the Lake Guardians gimmick by keeping Mesprit as the one with the highest HP, lowest Speed, and all other stats being relatively balanced with pairs of repeating numbers. In terms of movepool, the star of the show is Tail Glow. I attempted to keep the power-level down by lowering its SpA, keeping its speed relatively low, and making sure I didn't give it a strong Water STAB. On the physical side I added Swords Dance to keep Mesprit viable as a either a physical or special attacker. Beyond that I just filled out the movepool with coverage moves that made sense to me, replaced U-Turn with Flip Turn, and removed Stored Power because that's clearly a too bit much (and tail glow isn't).

Move Changes:

Description: I stuck with the original theme of Sudowoodo and just tried to give a more well defined niche. Sudowoodo is now able to function as an effective lead with the addition of its new ability Splinter and handy new tools like Toxic Spikes and Encore. Also, it is absolutely beyond me why a Pokemon that's whole design is based around pretending to be a tree doesn't have Knock Off already.

Btw I just want to say I really like the idea of having different levels of restrictions in the same slate, makes for some interesting challenges!

Move Changes: +Accelerock
Description: Kinda a la Rhyperior but has prio and Spikes, plus it can smash shit with Head Smash + Rock Head if needed, making it a decent anti-meta pick that can actually handle stuff like Boltund and it's hard to switch into overall.

Stats: 90 / 115 / 85 / 115 / 85 / 90
Move Changes: +Bulk Up, +Agility, +Shadow Sneak, +Mystical Fire, +Shadow Claw, -Dazzling Gleam
Description: 4x weakness to Dark and Ghost means it's not that hard to handle, but BU / NP / CM sets actually go hard, plus you can still hit through Dark-Types with Drain Punch or Draining Kiss. Choice-locked sets might need some exploration too, as Trick + U-turn is still a really good combo and it could either go Band or Specs.

:ss/froslass:
Pokémon: Froslass
Typing: Ghost / Normal
Abilities: Download / Oblivious
Stats: 65 / 95 / 60 / 100 / 65 / 120
Move Changes: +Explosion, +Hyper Voice, +Volt Switch, +Haze
Description: S/o EeveeGirl1380 for helping me out. Froslass’s new Normal typing replaces the Ice type, getting rid of many of its weaknesses, while adding a new ghost immunity! Oblivious lets Froslass set up hazards, spread status, and Destiny Bond without fearing Taunt, while Download gives it offensive pressure with its ability to run both physical and special sets, capitalizing on both possible boosts. Hyper Voice is added for a new special stab, and Stab Explosion hits quite hard! If a Ghost type attempts to come in predicting an Explosion, they have to fear getting hit by a ghost-type move instead! If an opponent tries to play around a Destiny Bond, they could get exploded on instead, and vice-versa. It also enables Froslass to have a suicide lead role, setting up Spikes and then using either Destiny Bond or Explosion to pave the way for one of its teammates. Volt Switch gives Froslass pivoting and has great synergy with Download, and Haze lets it stop opponents from setting up in front of it, although it is pretty much a random move. CB sets must not be underestimated either, as they hit really hard and Trick can help it out to beat defensive walls.
Also, it actually has more SpA than Atk because its physical moves have higher BP than its special ones.

Movepool Changes:

~ Grassy Surge provides healing which can be stacked with Leftovers and/or Leech Seed, while also making Sudowoodo less weak to ground
~ Reckless allows it to use very high powered Head Smashes and Wood Hammers, but gets worn down quickly, while Rock Head loses the power boost but in exchange does not take recoil
~ Drain Punch was added to hit Steel types and give Sudowoodo a small form of recovery, along with a new STAB
~ Grassy Glide is a niche option on Grassy Terrain sets

Pokemon: Sudowoodo
Type: Rock/Fighting
Abilities: Sturdy, Rock Head, Dry Skin
Stats: 75/110/105/50/95/45 [BST: 480]
Movepool Changes: + Close Combat, Bulk Up, Submission, Seed Bomb, Drain Punch, Horn Leech, Leech Seed, Knock Off, Waterfall
110 BP / 16 PP / 95 Acc / User takes 1/3 recoil.
Description: Heavily inspired by Loginator's submission, though I tried to put my own spin on it. Still slow, but has higher and better-distributed stats to function as either a Choice Band, Bulk Up, or Rock Polish Sweeper. Gets a buffed Submission as its premier choice for Fighting-type STAB to abuse with Rock Head. Also gets Dry Skin for a option on rain teams, I guess.
edit 1: switched Superpower for Close Combat; its a better option since it doesn't lower attack with each use. Would be the top choice for Fighting STAB on non-Rock Head sets.

Pokemon: Froslass
Type: Ghost
Abilities: Refrigerate, Perish Body
Turns Normal-type moves to Ice-type. Ice-type moves get STAB (x1.5) if they already don't, additional x1.2 if they do.
Stats: 70/90/90/85/70/110 [BST: 515]
Move Changes: + Rapid Spin, U-Turn, Dazzling Gleam, Flash Cannon, Whirlwind, Liquidation - Ice Fang, Reflect, Light Screen
Description: Fast pivot that specializes in disruption and shutting down physical attackers, setting up Spikes when able. Refrigerate is buffed so that Froslass has a better defensive typing in pure Ghost without always losing Ice STAB, but it can also be run for an unblockable Rapid Spin. Can otherwise run Perish Body instead to have an additional tool against physical attackers.
edit 3: bunch of miscellaneous improvements: retooled stats, buffed Refrigerate for 'ice STAB', removed Signal Beam and Hyper Voice. rewritten description.
edit 4: rewrote Refrigerate for clarification

This Pokemon gains all of the Grass type’s resistances (Still keeps the user’s typing in mind, so in this case, Sudowoodo resists Fire, Poison, Flying, Electric and Normal and is neutral to Water, Grass and Ground.)
Typing: Rock
Move Changes:
:plusle: Knock Off, Leech Seed, Horn Leech.
Description: This fella has a very interesting defensive profile, with resistances to Electric, Fire, Poison, Flying and Normal while being only neutral to Water, Grass and Ground. It also packs great utility between Knock Off, Stealth Rock, Leech Seed and Spikes.

I’ll try to reword the ability’s effect to make it more comprehensible later.

A fast pivot likely running Choice Scarf, not much to say else. Isn't weak to SR and its low attack is made better by its very high BP moves
This mon is way too strong with that base attack stat and access to very high powered STABs. Either lower its attack stat by 25, or remove Poltergeist and Triple Axel. (also sidenote: 125 Attack is not low at all. To compare; this mon hits harder than Golurk, a mon that is VERY difficult to check defensively, while being over double its speed.)

Not a big fan of a lot of Sudowoodo subs giving a Grass typing - I mean its whole gimmick is that it's not an actual plant. But at the same time, a slow pure Rock or Rock/Fighting would be pretty ass: basically a Terrakion that can't do anything. Rattled could be a good fix to this though, especially for a Rock/Fighting that resists two of the three triggering types. Some sort of combination of the three subs above would be ideal.
:froslass: Beebos (sv), |-DeepBlue-|, GhiteOff
Do I have a good explanation for making my sub the top vote? Not really, mostly I just like it the most lol. Most of the other Froslass subs don't sit with me well because they give Stealth Rock, and most sets would probably prioritize that over Spikes. DeepBlue gets second because the idea of Analytic used to punish switches sounds interesting, even if it doesn't end up actually being good.
:mesprit: G-Luke, Mossy Sandwich, Loginator
Subjectively I like the sub from Mossy Sandwich more, but I think having not all mons of one type be weak to another (psychic v dark) is important for the meta, even if it's pretty early to make this decision. 120 Attack + swords dance + good stab + priority feels like overkill, but to be fair Scizor has all that plus more attack, and isn't too dominant, so we'll have to see.
