Even though Dazzling Gleam is stronger than Draining Kiss, the latter is preferred due to how it counteracts Substitute and chip damage for longevity, but Dazzling Gleam can be used to 2HKO 2HKOes Appletun, Umbreon, and, with Tera Fairy, Hisuian Qwilfish at +2 after Stealth Rock. Stored Power lets Mesprit be even more threatening overtime over time as you amass more boosts, but Mystical Power gives it a decent base power attacking move right off the bat that can help you steamroll teams by just attacking.
