name: Choice Band
move 1: Flower Trick
move 2: Knock Off / Sucker Punch
move 3: Giga Impact
move 4: Play Rough / Thunder Punch / Shadow Claw
item: Choice Band
ability: Protean
nature: Adamant
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
* Meowscarada utilizes its amazing Speed, great Attack stat, Protean, and Choice Band to cement itself as a great Pokemon within the tier.
* Flower Trick allows Meowscarada to handle Water-, Ground-, and Rock-types like Dondozo, Ting-Lu, and Garganacl.
* Knock Off is a great option for hitting Ghost- and Psychic-types such as non-Choice Scarf Gholdengo and Espathra. It is also useful for dealing with Magnezone, preventing Meowscarada from being OHKOed by a Choice Specs-boosted Hyper Beam.
* Sucker Punch can be used to OHKO Choice item Dragapult and Flutter Mane; however this requires prediction in regards to the latter and is generally an inferior option to Knock Off.
* Giga Impact is Meowscarada's strongest move at its disposal, letting it take on threats such as Sylveon and Clodsire.
* Play Rough hits Dragon- and Fighting-types like Goodra, Garchomp, and Gallade.
* Other options include moves like Thunder Punch and Shadow Claw, which beats stall Azumarill and Counter Annihilape, respectively.
* Alternatively, Meowscarada can opt to run a Leech Seed set with Substitute, Protect, Leech Seed, and Flower Trick with an EV spread of 240 HP / 16 Def / 252 Spe and Mental Herb to have a more reliable matchup against Annihilape, Iron Hands, and non-Timid Flutter Mane.
* Against Pokemon that can tank a hit from Meowscarada, like Iron Hands and Great Tusk, it is best to use moves that won't make Meowscarada vulnerable to the opposing Pokemon's attacks. Using Flower Trick on Iron Hands can let you win the one-on-one against it, as your opponent may predict Meowscarada turning into a Fairy-type and use Heavy Slam; this also applies to non-Speed Booster Energy and Choice Scarf Great Tusk, where Meowscarada may need to use Play Rough on a predicted Close Combat or Flower Trick on a Headlong Rush.
* Be wary against Donphan, Meowscarada fails to deal with its Sturdy and Counter.

move 3: Giga Impact

[SET COMMENTS]
* Meowscarada utilizes its amazing Speed, great Attack stat, Protean, and Choice Band to cement itself as a great Pokemon within the tier.
* Flower Trick is an excellent move, allowing Meowscarada to handle Water- and Rock-types like Dondozo, non-stall Azumarill, and Garganacl.
* Knock Off is a great option for hitting Ghost- and Psychic-types such as non-Choice Scarf Gholdengo and Espathra.
* Sucker Punch can potentially be used to OHKO Flutter Mane and Choice-itemed Dragapult, however, this is generally a worse option in any other matchup.
* Giga Impact OHKOes many Pokemon in the metagame such as non-Choice Scarf Chi-Yu, Sylveon, and Volcarona.
* Play Rough hits Dragon- and Fighting-types like Iron Hands, Goodra, and Garchomp.
* Other options includes moves like Thunder Punch and Shadow Claw which beats stall Azumarill and Counter Annihilape respectively. (mention trick here for some stall? it might be niche though)
* The given EV spread allows Meowscarada to OHKO Goodra while having good odds of living a Choice Band Avalanche from Dondozo.(change this since the ev spread is being changed)
* Alternatively, Meowscarada can opt to run a Leech Seed set with Substitute, Protect, Leech Seed and Flower Trick with an EV spread of 240 HP / 16 Def / 252 Spe to have a more reliable matchup against Iron Hands and non-Timid Flutter Mane.
* Choice Band Meowscarada is a very simple Pokemon to use, simply use the move that does the most damage to come out on top.

Consider writing 1 line on weaknesses (like what it loses to, eg counter donphan or fire types like arcanine)

* Meowscarada utilizes its amazing Speed, great Attack stat, Protean, and Choice Band to cement itself as a great Pokemon within the tier.
(brief mention on evs, why ada over jolly and why max atk)
* Flower Trick is an excellent move, allowing Meowscarada to handle Water- and Rock-types like Dondozo, non-stall Azumarill, and Garganacl. (grounds?)
* Knock Off is a great option for hitting Ghost- and Psychic-types such as non-Choice Scarf Gholdengo (i wouldnt mention gholdengo here, only set you beat is non bulky specs, get new example) and Espathra. It is also useful dealing to deal with Magnezone, preventing itself from being OHKOed from a Choice Specs Hyper Beam. getting rid of its Choice Specs, allowing Meowscarada to survive a hit and 2HKO.
* Sucker Punch can be used to OHKO Flutter Mane and Choice-itemed Dragapult, however, this is generally an inferior option to Knock Off. (mention prediction vs flutter)
* Giga Impact OHKOes many Pokemon in the metagame such as non-Choice Scarf Chi-Yu, Sylveon, and Volcarona. (i wouldnt use volcarona here as an example since chilan wins, find another example)
* Play Rough hits Dragon-types like Goodra and Garchomp. (any fighting types? dark types?)
* Other options includes moves like Thunder Punch and Shadow Claw which beats stall Azumarill and Counter Annihilape respectively. (slash them on the set above?) (trick?)
* Alternatively, Meowscarada can opt to run a Leech Seed set with Substitute, Protect, Leech Seed and Flower Trick with an EV spread of 240 HP / 16 Def / 252 Spe and Mental Herb to have a more reliable matchup against Annihilape, Iron Hands, and non-Timid Flutter Mane.
* Choice Band Meowscarada is a very simple Pokemon to use, simply use the move that does the most damage to come out on top. (mention different moves hitting a mon with 50/50s eg. great tusk clicking cc on flower trick, or headlong rush on playrough, idt this is the best example but like generally mons that can live a hit from any of meows moves and can ohko back depending on what meow choses to click)
* Be wary against Donphan as although it may look like Meowscarada wins the matchup, it fails to deal with the combination of Donphan’s Sturdy in conjunction with Counter.
