Mega Gyarados is a strong offensive Setup Sweeper that matches up well into a variety of different teams. It finds itself as a staple on screens hyper offense hitting some notable speed benchmarks such as outspeeding +1 Iron Boulder and +1 Iron Valiant when at +2 Speed. Mold Breaker allows Mega Gyarados to break past Pokemon it otherwise can't, such as Dragonite and Unaware users. Taunt allows it to block status moves like Toxic and Whirlwind from foes like Toxapex and Skarmory. Alternatively, Substitute allows Mega Gyarados to set up on foes like Alomomola, Garganacl, and Gliscor, though it becomes more susceptible to phazing and being forced out by defensive Terastallization usage from foes like Corviknight more easily, which can use Iron Defense to beat Substitute variants. Intimidate is the preferred ability on base Gyarados to get off an Attack drop before Mega Evolving to ease setup against mons such as defensive Landorus-T, Great Tusk, and Hisuian Samurott. Jolly is preferred over Adamant, as Mega Gyarados appreciates being able to outspeed Pokemon such as Tapu Koko, Zamazenta, and Mega Lopunny at +1. Teammates such as Iron Boulder, Dragonite, Garchomp, and Great Tusk appreciate Mega Gyarados wearing down defensive walls such as Dondozo, Skarmory, and Ferrothorn while also being able to prevent their recovery with Taunt, allowing weaker physical attackers to clean up in the later stages of the game. Mega Gyarados is vulnerable to contact effects such as Static from defensive Zapdos and Rocky Helmet sets on Ferrothorn and Garchomp, as all its moves make contact, Rillaboom is also very threatening with its priority Grassy Glide being able to easily revenge Mega Gyarados, Zamazenta also poses a massive threat, being able to tank +1 boosted attacks and OHKO back with a Close Combat or Body Press. Some strong teammates to mitigate these are Tapu Koko which can provide screens support as well as set Electric Terrain, which prevents Dondozo from using Rest. Garchomp and Volcarona are also notable partners; the former switches into Zapdos, whereas the latter can set up on Ferrothorn, has a good defensive typing that allows it to switch into Fighting- and Fairy-type moves from the likes of Iron Valiant, and punishes Zamazenta and Rillaboom with Flame Body.

just a note from skimming over, but i feel like this focuses way too much on it being a stallbreaker. It is a setup sweeper with the perk of matching up well into stall, so id reword your first few sentences regarding this + change set name to "Dragon Dance" or smth

Gyarados-Mega is a strong offensive dragon dancer that matches up well into a variety of different teams, it finds itself as a staple on Screens Hyper Offense hitting some notable speed benchmarks such as Outspeeding +1 Iron Boulder and +1 Iron Valiant when at +2 speed. Mold Breaker allows Dragonite to break past Pokemon it otherwise can't, such as Dragonite and Unaware users, and Taunt allows it to block status moves like Toxic and Whirlwind from foes like Toxapex and Skarmory. Mold Breaker allows it to ignore Dragonite's Multiscale and OHKO it at +2 attack. As the most viable Pokemon with access to Mold Breaker, Gyarados-Mega serves as one of the premier stall breakers in the tier. Mold Breaker allows it to boost up and blow past common unaware Pokemon that form the backbone of stall teams such as Dondozo, Clefable, Skeledirge and Clodsire. Gyarados-Mega is able to use taunt to block defensive status moves such as toxic and whirlwind from any potential switchins along with being the only taunt user capable of bypassing Sableye-Mega's magic bounce and blocking its Will-O-Wisp. be mindful of wordiness. Alternatively, Substitute allows Mega Gyarados to set up on foes like Alomomola, Garganacl, and Gliscor, though it becomes more susceptible to phazing and being forced out by defensive Terastallization usage from foes like Corviknight more easily. Substitute is sometimes used as an alternative to Taunt to help with your matchup vs offense, being able to click Substitute and setup on common pivots such as Alomomola, and physically defensive Landorus-Therian while also being able to avoid burns from Scald and block the secondary effect of Garganacl's Salt Cure, along with avoiding all other secondary effects from attacks and still avoiding most of the offensive status moves that are blocked by Taunt, the tradeoff however is that you are now suceptible to phazing such as Whirlwind from Skarmory and defensive pokemon such as Garganacl and Corviknight can predict your attack with a defensive tera and set up Iron Defence to wall you. Intimidate is the preferred ability on base Gyarados to get off an attack drop before Mega Evolving to ease setup. against what? Gyarados-Mega typically does not opt for coverage moves as its Water and Dark stabs can hit neutrally against every defensive Pokemon in the tier. this is mostly fluff, although you can mention its stabs being neutral against a lot of the tier in an earlier part of this Jolly Nature is preferred over Adamant as Gyarados-Mega appreciates being able to outspeed pokemon such as Tapu-Koko, Zamazenta and Lopunny-Mega at +1. Teammates such as Iron Boulder, Dragonite, Garchomp and Great Tusk appreciate Gyarados-Mega wearing down defensive walls such as Dondozo, Skamory and Ferrothorn while also being able to prevent their recovery with Taunt, allowing weaker physical attackers to clean up in the late game. Gyarados-Mega is vulnerable to variations of Dondozo that carry body press either specify after mega evolving or remove this entirely; i'd probably do the latter because there are a lot of cases where gyara is incentivized to keep its typing, especially if sub against mons like lando/glisc as well as contact effects such as Static from defensive Zapdos and Rocky Helmet sets on Ferrothorn and Garchomp as all its moves make contact, Rillaboom is also very threatening with its priority Grassy-Glide being able to easily revenge Gyarados-Mega and Zamazenta poses a massive threat being able to tank +1 boosted attacks and OHKO back with a Close Combat or Body Press. Some strong teammates to mitigate this are Tapu-Koko who can provide screens support as well as setting Electric Terrain which blocks Dondozo from clicking Rest and resists stab attacks from Zapdos, it does nothing back if screens + uturn; a more relevant mention would be chomp since it directly stifles momentum from volt variants and can wear down ferro and others asw and Volcarona which is commonly used with Gyarados-Mega as it can set up on Ferrothorn, switch in to Fighting type attacks from Zamazenta and threaten to contact burn with Flame Body, it also provides a 4x resist to Rillaboom's Grassy Glide.

the content is good, there's just some verbosity that needs to be cut down on. lmk when implemented and this shouldn't need more than one final look before moving on; good job!

also, be sure to look at the Spelling and Grammar Standards for some easy-to-fix errors you might've made here (e.g. Gyarados-Mega should be Mega Gyarados at all times, "who" cannot be used to refer to mons, Tapu Koko / Grassy Glide, not Tapu-Koko / Grassy-Glide, etc)

Mega Gyarados is a strong offensive dragon dancer Dragon Dance user if you want this can be "setup sweeper" instead to draw similarities with other setup sweepers, i feel like it would be better but GPers cant make subjective edits (no one said i couldnt suggest them hehe) that matches up well into a variety of different teams, it teams. It finds itself as a staple on screens hyper offense, (AC) hitting some notable speed benchmarks such as outspeeding +1 Iron Boulder and +1 Iron Valiant <= these two could be "Speed Booster Energy" for clarity instead of "+1" when at +2 Speed. Mold Breaker allows Mega Gyarados to break past Pokemon it otherwise can't, such as Dragonite and Unaware users, and users. Intimidate is the preferred ability on base Gyarados to get off an Attack drop before Mega Evolving to ease setup against mons such as defensive Landorus Therian Landorus-T, Great Tusk, (AC) and Hisuian Samurott. Jolly Nature is preferred over Adamant, (AC) as Mega Gyarados appreciates being able to outspeed Pokemon such as Tapu Koko, Zamazenta, (AC) and Mega Lopunny at +1. Teammates such as Iron Boulder, Dragonite, Garchomp, (AC) and Great Tusk appreciate Mega Gyarados wearing down defensive walls such as Dondozo, Skamory Skarmory, (AC) skamory moment almost didnt catch this and Ferrothorn while also being able to prevent their recovery with Taunt, allowing weaker physical attackers to clean up in the late game later stages of the game late-game is an adjective. Mega Gyarados is vulnerable to contact effects such as Static from defensive Zapdos and Rocky Helmet sets on Ferrothorn and Garchomp, (AC) as all its moves make contact, (RC) ; (AS) Rillaboom is also very threatening with its priority Grassy Glide being able to easily revenge Mega Gyarados; (AS) and Zamazenta also poses a massive threat, (AC) being able to tank +1 boosted attacks and OHKO back with a Close Combat or Body Press. Some strong teammates to mitigate this these are Tapu Koko, (AC) which can provide screens support as well as setting set Electric Terrain, (AC) which blocks prevents Dondozo from clicking using bad players like me would still click it Rest. Garchomp and Volcarona are also notable partners, with the former switching into Zapdos and the latter setting up on Ferrothorn, having a good defensive typing that allows it to switch into Fighting- and Fairy-type moves from the likes of Iron Valiant, and punishing Zamazenta and Rillaboom with Flame Body.
