Done Make impossible the command "/hideroom" be used in battle room tours

Basically, anyone can private your battle using /hideroom in a public room tournament, making all the users unable to watch your battle (include the auths).
In my opinion, this command makes non sense if be used in a room tournament, because the room is public and the auths can't turn the battle public again
