Rejected Make "Custom Game" a builder format.

...That's it really. If I'm gonna make some literal sandbox team for fun, might as well have the format open in builder to A) bypass the "the format 'x' was not found error message" and B) have all options available and readable.

I do have another suggestion that goes hand in hand with this if approved.

Just don't set a format when you make the team, that should have the same effect here.
