FINALY!
With the 3 dark horse pokemon team that I started last month I finaly broke 1950, although extremely vulnerable to hax the team is quite strong and it proves that some pokemons can do extremely well against the best of lc. So here is the semi-stall team that many people probably hated:
Snover @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Snow Warning
Level: 5
EVs: 240 SAtk / 240 Spd
Naive Nature
- Blizzard
- Giga Drain
- Ice Shard
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Destroying Sand Teams alone is enough for me but hes also an excellent revenge killer so ya Snover OP.
Shelmet @ Eviolite
Trait: Shell Armor
Level: 5
EVs: 116 HP / 156 Def / 236 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk
- Acid Armor
- Bug Buzz
- Spikes
- Recover
MVP of the team. He just takes forever to kill. Can switch into and wall any fighting types except stone edge foo (which is rare) and he can live that too if hes full and can get an acid armor in. Combo really well with Hail stall.
Mienfoo @ Eviolite
Trait: Regenerator
Level: 5
EVs: 156 HP / 76 Atk / 196 Def / 76 Spd
Impish Nature
- Fake Out
- Drain Punch
- U-turn
- Knock Off
Cookie cutter Mienfoo just one of the best lead even against Missdreavus or Larvesta he just get rid of the Eviolite and even if he gets burned,Heal bell on Lickitung will take care of that. Combo really well with Hail stall.
Drilbur @ Eviolite
Trait: Mold Breaker
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 236 Atk / 212 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
Needed a spinner cause Snover + Shelmet don't like rocks, opted for this guy since I didnt have an SR yet and needed the electric immunity otherwise volt switch could be way too annoying. The moldbreaker is a bonus, simply awesome against missy/bronzor/sturdy.
Lickitung (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Own Tempo
Level: 5
EVs: 196 HP / 76 Def / 236 SDef
Careful Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Dragon Tail
- Heal Bell
The Hax magnet. I lost so many games cause this guy got crit or had too many para hax or missed a dragon tail on a setup...But he is the only thing that can "safely" switch into almost ANYTHING... Abra, Missy, Chinchou, Snover, Staryu, Magnemite, Porygon, Houndour and many more. He can take status effect all day thanks to heal bell (altho he doesn't exactly apreciate t-wave or sleep or frz) but anyways... he is a huge pillar in the team and if he goes down too early the game gets really hard. Combo really well with hail stall and can rack up hazard dmg with Dragon Tail.
Omanyte @ Eviolite
Trait: Swift Swim
Level: 5
EVs: 36 Def / 200 SAtk / 236 Spd
Timid Nature
- Shell Smash
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Grass]
My Murkrow switch and setup sweeper, if the Krow end up being life orb (which usually carry hp grass) I have to sacrifice the Lickitung so that the Krow kill himself with recoil dmg and hail. I don't always find room to get him a safe place to smash but at +2 this guy is a beast. Even with only 36 points in defense he is still very tanky being able to take on wild charges from fire types and live to ko back with surf or even smash if you know the other team doesn't have priority move (since you will be very low)
So that is the team. I loved it and I hated it. I wanted to give up on it more than once, but since I was close I decided not to.
