Done Let people see their own team's tera typings on preview/on the team bar

Currently when hovering over a mon on preview or to switch you cannot see their tera typing which isn't super problematic but it is inconvenient having to go back into the builder to see what your tera types for mons not currently on the field and I can imagine it being super obnoxious in future randomized tiers where you would have to /showteam every game to see your team's tera types. Seeing how there are ways around this like I mentioned I think it would be convenient for everyone if we could just see tera types when you hover over your own team's mons.

This is necessary for challenge cup 1v1 and I approve it because of that necessity. For Annika's purposes, though, this should only be visible to the owner of the pokemon and should not be visible to the opponent.
