very close game between queenlucy and I (1st vs 2nd on the ladder) came down to the damage roll on turn 25, could of gone either way queenlucy is also using a very unothodox yet effective team with things like Bellsprout and Snubull very fun match

This is the finals of an LC Room tour we had yesterday - I was testing out Kabuto in place of Archen for my semistall team, as a Rapid Spin>Defog to not remove my own hazards. I thought I'd lost when I lost my wish passer on turn 8 but Ponyta+Kabuto managed to save the game for me. Flame Body burns didn't really matter too much imo, against Archen I was just gonna outspeed and Will-o-Wisp anyway, and Kabuto woulda had the game with AJet regardless. Pawniard hit me a few times iirc, and again I could just outspeed and wisp it.

EDIT: lame af smog replays don't go past 212. basically my cursepoke sweeps after haxxing levi's own slowpoke and foongus after regen stalling until ~ turn 360 (the game finally ended at turn 375)

This is a match I had against Artemisa just now. Both of us made a few (a ton of) misplays, but I think it was still an entertaining match overall that did well to demonstrate the advantages of Resttalk Tirtouga; between its enormous bulk and Rest, I was able to PP stall his Trubbish and Porygon out of recovery moves. The primary motive of this team was to test Chespin; although it didn't exactly carry this particular match, I guess it just so happened that Artemisa lacked the pokes Chespin is designed to beat, anyway, and the Spikes did end up helping a lot. Honestly, this team was pretty badly designed to take full advantage of Chespin since I already had two great Bellsprout checks, but even then, it hasn't been performing too poorly overall.

This is a match I had against Hawkstar early on in the suspect test; misplays were made here as well, but you'll be disappointed if you expect perfect games from a player like me anyway. I've been liking voltturn teams in this metagame; it just feels really strong right now, and I've seen several others use some effective voltturn teams. I feel as if the momentum it brings almost helps to patch up weaknesses the actual team might have, which my team in particular has quite a few of, by wearing down key Pokemon and repeatedly forcing them out through soft checks, despite lacking safe switch-ins to a good portion of offensive threats.

But this battle against Caledrith actually turned out pretty well, and I'm rather partial to it because I made some good plays. I did crit his +6 Fletchling tho so sorry bb.

Okay so these two replays show me using a sticky web team which is really fun to use and prolly my favourite team I made. I have been toying around with it for like a month and it's had some pretty shitty earlier versions however now I have made a variant that I like and I think it's a good example of viable sticky web offense and it capatalises on Missys banning (this team would get destroyed if missy was around lol)
