Flash Cannon as your main STAB attack, with 135 base power can be used against most OU Pokemon.

Nature can be used instead of Timid if you want more power, but Timid is recommended if you want to outrun: Kingdra, Lucario & etc.
Hidden Power Ice is more practical, for threats like: Gliscor & Heracross.
