Bloopyghost’s Flygon (inshallah it shall get a mega)
RedwoodRogue’s Hitmontop (SV) (Hitmonzor come home)
r1dude’s Lucario (I used to run that set lmao)

Alright, voting is closed! Since there were multiple ties, I decided to let in not 3, but 5 Impersonators this slate! Leading the pack with 6 votes each, we have G-Luke's Garchomp and Bloopyghost's Flygon!

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Gardevoir
Impersonator: Flygon
Types:

Stats: 80 / 99 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 99 [BST: 518]
Abilites: Synchronize / Trace | Telepathy
Overview: Decent Scarfer and offensive pivot, utilizing Trace to copy useful abilities.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Mega Gardevoir
Impersonator: Flygon
Types:

Stats: 80 / 119 / 80 / 120 / 100 / 119 [BST: 618]
Abilites: Pixilate
Overview: Either a potent DD sweeper or a Pixilate Boomburst machine.

We also have three submissions with 5 votes each, and those are RedwoodRogue's Hitmontop, zxgzxg's Gloom, and Moretto's Tapu Koko!

:bw/scizor: :bw/hitmontop:
Pokémon Being Impersonated: Scizor
Impersonator: Hitmontop
Types:

Stats: 55 / 104 / 104 / 38 / 121 / 77 [BST: 499]
Abilites: Swarm/Technician/Light Metal
Overview: Technician-based Physical Wallbreaker with STAB Tech prio moves, Hazard Control, and a fuckton of special defense.

It mega evolved so hard it gained a dimension!
Mega Evolution:
:swsh/Scizor-mega: :swsh/hitmontop:
Pokémon Being Impersonated: Mega Scizor
Impersonator: Hitmontop
Types:

Stats: 55 / 124 / 144 / 48 / 141 / 87 [BST: 599]
Ability: Technician
Overview: Mixed wall with a side of murder. With punches this strong, you’d think I’d be working with Hitmonchan

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Diancie
Impersonator: Gloom
Types:

Stats: 91 / 99 / 106 / 129 / 114 / 61 [BST: 600]
Abilites: Clear Body
Move Changes: Conifer Cannon (Diamond Storm but Grass)

:ss/diancie-mega::ss/gloom:
Types:

Stats: 91 / 159 / 66 / 179 / 74 / 121 [BST: 700]
Abilites: Magic Bounce

Overview: Bulky/Offensive Grass/Fairy for Rilla-Dhelm and the onslaught of recently acquired Fightings. Mega seems scary at first, but consider it like a sidegraded Kartana, with its Special sets only containing moves with 90 BP or less and no coverage outside of Sludge Bomb. While its physical sets have access to Swords Dance, the most useful moves it has is Conifer Cannon and Drain Punch, all of which are walled by Flyings and Steels (hopefully we get a bit more of both).
:tapu-koko:
Pokémon Being Impersonated: Slowbro
Impersonator: Tapu Koko
Types:

Stats: 60 / 99 / 73 / 82 / 64 / 112 [BST: 490]
Abilities: Oblivious / Own Tempo / Regenerator
Move Changes: Ñ
Overview: Regenmon offensive pivot stuff etc has recovery can go Special and Physical

:swsh/slowbro-mega: :tapu-koko:
Types:

Stats: 60 / 99 / 143 / 112 / 64 / 112 [BST: 590]
Abilities: Shell Armor
Bulky offensive CM Sweeper that can't be critted. Also can be a bulky fast hard-hitting pivot which is clean. Has bad HP and spd tho!
Note: Bans will be decided by the council. Also, we have another exciting announcement: Welcome Double Iron Bash and r1dude to the council! Congrats to the winners and our two new council members! In the meantime, feel free to discuss the winners while I try to brainstorm of another new slate (Should be decided tomorrow.)

Sorry about the extreme inactivity recently. Flygon's Mega form has been banned.

Additionally, we now have a spreadsheet made by Moretto! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vol5t73C7f-h0kfrpV4128gqvvdoCrMFnCj9RHyu5o4/edit?usp=sharing

Alright, let's get into the next slate!
:ss/keldeo: Slate 4: Signature Madness :ss/raichu:
This is technically a free-for-all slate, but you can only use Pokemon that have signature moves, abilities, or items as your Impersonated. We will be following the same rules as last slate (Max of 5 submissions.)

Slate 4 submissions are open!

Abilties: Clear Body

Okay gonna have to clarify something: Since Diancie was impersonated before, it can't be Impersonated again.

Overview: switchin to throh/riolu/heliolisk/hitmontop/gloom because these mfs need switchins

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Zapdos-Galar
Impersonator: Raticate-Alola
Types:

Stats: 105 / 100 / 98 / 56 / 113 / 108 [BST: 580]

Abilites: Force Break (While this Pokemon is active, the Adaptability and Sheer Force power modifier is 0.75x.) / Power Construct (banned)
Move Changes: Core Fission: physical Ground-type clone of Core Enforcer
Thousand Strikes: Normal-type clone of Thousand Arrows
Overview: the ultimate anti-meta answer because people use adapt and sheer force too much. otherwise a decent defensive pivot.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Heatran
Impersonator: Ninetales-Alola
Types:

Stats: 86 / 80 / 89 / 96 / 119 / 130 [BST: 600]

Signature Ability: Corrosion (unchanged)
Pokémon Being Impersonated: Salazzle
Impersonator: Ledian
Types:

Stats: 68 / 43 / 62 / 67 / 135 / 105 [BST: 480]
Abilites: Corrosion | Oblivious
Move Changes: None
Overview: Fast special wall with the ability to inflict Toxic on even Steel and Poison opponents and can heal off damage with Roost, alongside U-Turn, Light Screen and Reflect supports. Be weary of Stealth Rock and physical wallbreakers / sweepers.

Signature Move: Dragon Darts (modified)
Pokémon Being Impersonated: Dragapult
Impersonator: Glaceon
Types:

Stats: 74 / 68 / 126 / 149 / 109 / 74 [BST: 600]
Abilites: Clear Body / Infiltrator | Cursed Body
Move Changes: Dragon Darts -> Spectre Darts - Now considered as Ghost-type and Special
Overview: Powerful bulky wallbreaker with nearly unresisted STAB combination and the abiltiy to screw over Focus Sash and Sturdy with Spectre Darts.

Signatures: Soul-Heart (unchanged) and Fleur Cannon (modified)
Pokémon Being Impersonated: Magearna
Impersonator: Seviper
Types:

Stats: 95 / 131 / 79 / 131 / 79 / 85 [BST: 600]
Abilites: Soul-Heart
Move Changes: Fleur Cannon -> Scale Cannon (Steel-type instead of Fairy-type)
Overview: Seviper as Magearna have a surprisingly colorful coverage for both physical and special, including Earthquake, Flamethrower, Aqua Tail and Giga Drain. It can snowball through Soul-Heart for Special or even Mixed sets, with Scale Cannon providing special STAB. Double weakness to Ground is dangerous, so take consideration alongside lower than average bulk.

Signatures: Stance Change (unchanged) and King’s Shield (modified)
Pokémon Being Impersonated: Aegislash
Impersonator: Carbink
Types:

Shield Form Stats: 50 / 50 / 150 / 50 / 150 / 50 [BST: 500]

Thousand Waves trapper!

Pokemon being Impersonated: Zygarde
Impersonator: Alolan Sandslash
Typing: Ice / Ground
Stats: 100 / 133 / 160 / 33 / 87 / 87 BST = 600
Abilities: Aura Break
Move Changes: Thousand Arrows -> One Arrow: Same as Thousand Arrows, but it is a special move. This is to reduce how strong this mon is and to encourage Thousand Waves use.
Core Enforcer -> Frost Enforcer: Physical Ice-type Core Enforcer.
Land's Wrath, and Thousand Waves remain the same.
Item Changes: None
Overview: Traps foes with Thousand Waves to set up on and finish with triple axel.

:swsh/Toxicroak: impersonating :swsh/Urshifu:

Wicked Blow!

Pokemon being Impersonated: Urshifu-S
Impersonator: Toxicroak
Types: Poison / Dark
Stats: 93 / 120 / 73 / 96 / 73 / 95 [BST = 550]
Abilties: Unseen Fist
Move Changes: None
Overview: Pretty sick Swords Dance sweeper. I imagine smth like SD + Gunk Shot + Wicked Blow + Sucker Punch.

:swsh/Stunfisk: impersonating :swsh/Jirachi:

I desire doom.

Pokemon being Impersonated: Jirachi
Impersonator: Stunfisk
Types: Steel / Electric
Stats: 138 / 84 / 108 / 103 / 126 / 41 [BST = 600]
Abilties: Serene Grace
Move Changes: None
Overview: Annoying wall that sets up Doom Desire and spreads paralysis with Serene Grace Discharge and burn with Scald.

:swsh/Golett: impersonating :swsh/Smeargle:

Funny mon do funny things

Pokemon being Impersonated: Smeargle
Impersonator: Golett
Types: Normal / Ghost
Stats: 49 / 61 / 41 / 29 / 41 / 29 [BST = 250]
Abilties: Moody, Own Tempo, Technician
Move Changes: None
Overview: Essential idea is that, with Sketch, we have Belly Drum + Extreme Speed + Shadow Sneak, though I am sure more standard stuff such as hazard/spore lead works too.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Drifblim
Impersonator: Cleffa
Types:

Stats: 114 / 57 / 64 / 103 / 126 / 34 [BST: 498]
Abilites: Aftermath / Unburden / Flare Boost [HA]
Move Changes: N/A
Overview: Bulky Flare Boost user. Forced into running Draining Kiss for fairy coverage, but aside from that it gets some good coverage. Gets Shadow Ball STAB, alongside the likes of Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Psychic/Psyshock, and Grass Knot.

Wet Bugs. (Surging Strikes)
:swsh/urshifu-rapid-strike:

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Urshifu-Rapid-Strike
Impersonator: Golisopod
Types:

Stats: 78 / 130 / 145 / 62 / 93 / 42 [BST: 550]
Abilites: Unseen Fist
Move Changes: +Surging Strikes
Overview: Golisopod but it has an actual fucking ability and a funnier high damage Water move

There it is: the silliest possible guy (Color Change)
:bw/kecleon: :bw/farfetch’d:
Pokémon Being Impersonated: Kecleon
Impersonator: Farfetch'd
Types:

Stats: 61 / 105 / 64 / 68 / 72 / 70 [BST: 440]
Abilites: Color Change, Protean
Overview: The Farfetch’d buff we needed but didn’t deserve. Protean on a mon that switches in as a normal type and has 105 base Atk despite having 440 BST. Slap a Scarf and U-Turn on this mon so it can actually hit things fast.

:toxtricity-low-key:

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Toxtricity-Low-Key
Impersonator: Galvantula
Types:

Stats: 74 / 82 / 64 / 103 / 64 / 115 [BST: 502]
Abilities: Punk Rock, Minus, Technician
Move Changes: + Overdrive
Overview: Forget Boomburst. Boosted dual STAB is where it's at. Also, it has the usual Sticky Web antics with Energy Ball for coverage and/or Volt Switch for pivoting.

:stunfisk-galar:

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Stunfisk-Galar
Impersonator: Blissey
Type:

Stats: 222 / 9 / 9 / 65 / 118 / 48 [BST: 471]
Ability: Mimicry
Move Changes: + Egg Dregs (Snap Trap but Normal-type and Special)
Overview: Something tells me the meta needs a pink blob. This one also has Mimicry done right, which gives it resistance against anchor monke and future Psychic/Electric Surge users.

:weezing-galar:

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Weezing-Galar
Impersonator: Magcargo
Types:

Stats: 68 / 57 / 137 / 103 / 91 / 34 [BST: 490]
Abilites: Levitate, Neutralizing Gas, Misty Surge
Move Changes: + Strange Steam
Overview: Makes use of Magcargo's superb utility with infinitely better typing. Levitate gives immunity to one of its few weaknesses, but the big thing is Neutralizing Gas, which amps up its defensive potential while precluding immunities to its Lava Plume. (It also makes Magic Bounce a non-issue in regards to Stealth Rock setup.)

:glastrier:

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Glastrier
Impersonator: Swinub
Types:

Stats: 116 / 116 / 92 / 70 / 70 / 116 [BST: 580]
Ability: Chilling Squeal (renamed Chilling Neigh / Moxie)
Move Changes: N/A (Poor ice horse can't learn Glacial Lance on its own)
Overview: GameFreak can't let us have nice things, so here's a nice thing. With the help of Ice Shard or a Choice Scarf, it can snowball (no pun intended) the potential of its exceptional STAB combination, despite its unfortunate coverage limited to Superpower, Rock Slide, Freeze-Dry, and Bite.

(fixed because I only recently realized it can't be Poison/Grass)
:tsareena:

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Tsareena
Impersonator: Scolipede
Types:

Stats: 63 / 105 / 94 / 58 / 72 / 118 [BST: 510]
Abilities: Leaf Guard, Queenly Majesty, Sweet Veil
Move Changes: + Million Kicks (Poison-type Trop Kick)
Overview: Nice priority you have there. It'd be a shame if someone...blocked it. (Million Kicks / Poison Jab, Throat Chop, Earthquake, Swords Dance / Spikes)

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Zeraora
Impersonator: Trevenant
Types:

Stats: 108 / 139 / 96 / 82 / 104 / 71 [BST: 600]
Abilites: Volt Absorb
Move Changes: N/a
Overview: Good wallbreaker with strong STABs packed with good bulk and 3 immunities, however this thing is held back by its mediocre speed tier.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Necrozma
Impersonator: Slowbro-Galar
Types:

Stats: 117 / 122 / 116 / 122 / 86 / 38 [BST: 600]
Abilites: Prism Armor
Move Changes: N/a
Overview: Cool slow mixed attacker with immense bulk

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Zarude
Impersonator: Corviknight
Types:

Stats: 119 / 106 / 127 / 64 / 103 / 81 [BST: 600]
Abilites: Leaf Guard
Move Changes: N/a
Overview: A defensive wall with a good defensive typing and reliable recovery, it can also try an offensive set with its now-STAB power trip.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Slowbro-Galar
Impersonator: Nihilego
Types:

Stats: 94 / 46 / 40 / 109 / 113 / 89 [BST: 491]
Abilites: Own Tempo / Quick Draw / Regenerator
Move Changes: Shell Side Arm has been changed to Boulder Blast, a rock type clone of itself.
Overview: Cool regenerator special wall, or moderately fast special sweeper with quick draw.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Silvally
Impersonator: Whimsicott
Types:

Stats: 71 / 80 / 101 / 91 / 89 / 138 [BST: 570]
Abilites: RKS System
Move Changes: None, but also RKS system only effects the normal type of Whimsicott, the grass type is never changed.
Overview: Cool RKS system mon.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Primarina
Impersonator: Exploud
Types:

Stats: 112 / 98 / 68 / 99 / 79 / 74 [BST: 530]
Abilites: Torrent / Liquid Voice
Move Changes: None
Overview: Liquid Voice boomburst.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Bouffalant
Impersonator: Marshadow
Types:

Stats: 74 / 103 / 65 / 73 / 73 / 102 [BST: 490]
Abilites: Reckess / Sap Sipper / Soundproof
Move Changes: None
Overview: Reckless + Head Charge = Big Damage. Unfortunately this mon is very very frail, so it wont have many chances to set up.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Aegislash
Impersonator: Tangrowth
Types:

Stats: 93 / 93 / 117 / 103 / 47 / 47 [BST: 500]
Abilites: Stance Change
Move Changes: None
Overview: Mixed Wall that has stance change. The blade form is more bulky so it's incentivised to be less passive, though kings shield is still good.

Stats: 93 / 117 / 93 / 47 / 103 / 47 [BST: 500] (this uses the Fusion Evolution form changes rules, if you would rather me put tangrowth and aegislash blade into the impersonators workshop just notify me)

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Marowak-Alola
Impersonator: Chatot
Types:

Stats: 79 / 67 / 47 / 95 / 43 / 94 [BST: 425]
Abilites: Rock Head / Cursed Body / Lightning Rod
Move Changes: Bonemarang = Spectral Bones. Ghost type / Special clone of itself
Shadow Bone = Ghastly Shriek. Special clone of itself
Thick Club = Spirit Bone. Doubles special attack.
Overview: THE glass cannon. It will do a bunch of damage, but it dies to quite literally everything. Normal / Ghost + lightning rod causes it to not instantly die to normal, fighting, ghost, and electric type moves however.

lets be stupid again

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Marowak-Alola
Impersonator: Klink
Types:

Stats: 57 / 77 / 100 / 63 / 85 / 43 [BST: 425]
Abilites: Cursed Body / Lightning Rod / (Rock Head)
Move Changes: Shadow Bone is now Shadow Gear. Bonemerang is now Gear Rebound. The moves are otherwise unchanged.
Item Changes: The Thick Club is now the Power Gear, boosting Special Attack instead of Physical Attack.
Overview: Just click Shift Gear and then one of its STABs or a coverage move. Can Volt Switch if you're fine with it. Usually going to spend a turn setting up though because without that turn, it's... fairly lackluster. At least the typing lets it tank a good chunk of the type chart during that turn, but having its weaknesses be fairly common sucks. Especially to Knock Off. The Thick Club equivalent now being on Special Attack means it can run the world's most predictable special set, due to its coverage being only electric/rock/normal/steel moves, but it can.

one more before the deadline, actually

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Grimmsnarl
Impersonator: Frosmoth
Types:

Stats: 76 / 69 / 64 / 135 / 97 / 69 [BST: 510]
Abilites: Prankster / Frisk / (Pickpocket)
Move Changes: False Surrender and Spirit Break are now both Special, but otherwise unchanged.
Overview: Frosmoth went to the Prankster Store and decided to get some big use out of its supportive movepool, including the likes of Defog and Tailwind. Or, hell, Aurora Veil when we get a decent hail setter for this thing. Or you can just be boring and Quiver Dance your way to victory. Just... watch out for your low (unboosted) Speed and Defense. And your abundance of weaknesses. Seriously, that typing's pretty bad and drags it down a good bit. also it gives us a dark and an ice type

Thousand Waves trapper!

Pokemon being Impersonated: Zygarde
Impersonator: Alolan Sandslash
Typing: Ice / Ground
Stats: 100 / 133 / 160 / 33 / 87 / 87 BST = 600
Abilities: Aura Break
Move Changes: None
Item Changes: None
Overview: Traps foes with Thousand Waves to set up on and finish with triple axel.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Falinks
Impersonator: Orbeetle
Types:

Stats: 56 / 42 / 102 / 74 / 112 / 84 [BST: 470]
Abilites: Defiant (Battle Armor)
Move Changes: + No Retreat
Overview: No Retreat + Stored Power and Recover allows it to be a bulky sweeper, it even comes with U-Turn to switch out anyways, although it can struggle with moveslots.

Impersonated: Latias
Impersonator: Eternatus
Type: Poison/Dragon
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 122/73/83/126/83/113 (Total: 600)
Signature Move: Must Ball (type changed to Poison)
Signature Item: Soul Mildew (boosts Poison and Dragon moves)
Mega Stats: 122/93/113/156/103/113
Overview: Eternatus Lite, has basically all of the good traits of Eternatus without being overbearing for an OU level meta. That being said, it now has an immunity to Ground, which removes one of its notable weaknesses. It's fast and rather strong with solid coverage, as well as being pretty bulky with Recover, but it lacks offensive setup apart from Meteor Beam. Toxic is probably really solid on it, especially considering it gets Flamethrower coverage for Steels.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Klinklang
Impersonator: Hawlucha
Types:

Stats: 81 / 96 / 78 / 77 / 65 / 123 [BST: 520]
Abilites: Plus/Minus/Clear Body
Move Changes: None
Overview: The idea behind el luchador de engranajes is simple, a fast choice band user or set up sweeper that does not care about such silly things as intimidate. While it does lack shift gear due to toxtricity and magearna stealing it from Klingklang, gear grind is pretty solid over all.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Appletun
Impersonator: Tangela
Types:

Stats: 73 / 61 / 128 / 112 / 44 / 67 [BST: 485]
Abilites: Ripen/Gluttony/Thick Fat
Move Changes: None
Overview: This is really just a fatter Tangela plain and simple. While it lacks regen thick fat eliminating two of its weakness certainly helps for longevity.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Flapple
Impersonator: Ponyta
Types:

Stats: 60 / 100 / 65 / 77 / 77 / 106 [BST: 485]
Abilites: Ripen/Gluttony/Hustle
Move Changes: Grav Apple becomes Dragon Drop. It's just a dragon type version of Grav Apple
Overview: This is basically your standard hustlemon. Decent attack which has a very nice boost thanks to hustle, decent speed, meh bulk, and a solid offensive typing. It's movepool is fairly shallow though which hinders it a bit.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Dhelmise
Impersonator: Sableye
Types:

Stats: 69 / 102 / 102 / 88 / 88 / 68 [BST: 517]
Abilites: Steelworker
Move Changes: None
Overview: Sableye is officially off the shits now. It's throwing fucking anchors around like they're frisbees. It's hitting harder, moving faster, tossing anchors, and being surprisingly good for this combination. Also fucking anchor shot poltergeist with this thing sounds like an interesting combo.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Clawitzer
Impersonator: Lucario
Types:

Stats: 67 / 105 / 66 / 110 / 66 / 86 [BST: 500]
Abilites: Mega Launcher
Move Changes: None
Overview: Lucario is now packing heat. The idea here is a special wallbreaker that uses mega launcher to give its moves an extra oomf. Now while it is less powerful than its crabby counterpart it's faster than it, to make up for the lack of fire power.

Pokémon Being Impersonated: Cramorant
Impersonator: Drampa
Types:

Stats: 77 / 58 / 83 / 132 / 90 / 35 [BST: 475]
Abilites: Gulp Missile
Move Changes: None
Overview: Finally the combination designed by my own self loathing: drampa and vore. I hate both of those things with a burning passion and yet YET I DARE COMBINE THEM INTO THIS MONSTROSITY. The idea of this is to have it be a special wallbreaker that's slow but hits like a truck. Even moreso when it uses surf and fires its missile. Plus Drampa's movepool is insane enough to make this kinda work.
