Resists its Grass-type attacks, is immune to its Ghost-type ones, and Wind Guard helps it against any potential coverage move Dhelmise is about to use, making it one sturdy ass wall. Also Throh probably can't do much to it because it is Fighting-type and weak to Flying-type moves. However, Flying/Normal is not the ideal defensive type, and Starmie can use Thunderbolt as coverage to scare it off (since it doesn't have good Special Defense.)

Overview: Yeah the meta is currently lacking in Defensive Pokemon since we only got two defensive Pokemon in Slate 2. Luckily, Cresselia is here to fix that problem. Its huge bulk alongside Intimidate makes it one sturdy wall and it can comfortably sit on some of our attackers and could maybe perform a CM set. It even has Thunder Wave for crippling attackers more (also Trick Room FTW.) However, it is weak to Knock Off and dies to Dhelmise.
