Approved If you join a tournament with tour notifications turned off you should get the notifications from that tournament

Right now, if you have tournaments notifications turned off you won't get any notifications. I think it makes sense to get notifications from tours you joined so you don't lose by dq, as if you join those is because you're interested on them.
