V-create's high Base Power coming from Ho-Oh's respectable Attack helps reduce Ho-Oh's passivity and forces switches, while Lava Plume provides a high-PP alternative that can cripple Pokemon like Mega Mewtwo X with burns. Idt steelix is actually like a good salt cure user and salt cure users are so generic that I didn't give any specific examples, down for suggestions.
