[SET COMMENTS]
Grimmsnarl's access to Prankster, Taunt, and good defensive typing make it the metagame's most consistent user of dual screens, which greatly helps hyper offense teams. Prankster helps it set both screens before getting KOed. Taunt stops many popular Defoggers such as Rotom-W, Rotom-H, and Moltres from removing dual screens, as well as preventing Rotom-H and others from freely setting up. Taunt also denies Stealth Rock attempts from Swampert, Nihilego, and Hippowdon, benefiting Rock-weak setup sweepers such as Life Orb Salamence and Flyinium Z Galarian Moltres. Despite Taunt, Grimmsnarl is somewhat passive, letting certain Pokemon like Celesteela, Mega Altaria, and Melmetal take advantage of it. Spirit Break allows Grimmsnarl to hit Dark-types immune to Taunt, such as Krookodile, Galarian Moltres, and Zarude. 132 Defense EVs allow it to survive Adamant Life Orb Scizor's Bullet Punch and Melmetal's Double Iron Bash with Reflect active.

Grimmsnarl only fits on hyper offense teams, as they can take full advantage of its turns of dual screens. Many setup sweepers appreciate said dual screens, such as Mega Altaria, Azumarill, Celesteela, Galarian Moltres, and Rotom-H. Mega Altaria and Azumarill are especially important because they can also check Urshifu-R, a problematic Pokemon for hyper offense. Entry hazard setters such as Deoxys-D, Azelf, and Krookodile appreciate Grimmsnarl preventing Defog through Taunt, ensuring that their hazards stay active. Bisharp is also a good partner, as Defiant further discourages Defog attempts, helping Grimmsnarl to keep its dual screens up.

Thunder Wave may be used over Spirit Break to cripple faster Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Mienshao, Azelf, and Nihilego. Hyper offense staples such as Celesteela and Galarian Moltres can use this to paraflinch Nihilego. However, Thunder Wave makes Grimmsnarl more passive, allowing Pokemon such as Rotom-H to use it as setup fodder.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Strong Wallbreakers**: Although Grimmsnarl's dual screens can protect it somewhat, strong wallbreakers such as Melmetal, Mega Altaria, Scizor, and Aegislash are still extremely threatening to it.

**Knock Off**: Knock Off from Pokemon such as Krookodile, Scizor, Tangrowth, and Azumarill can remove Grimmsnarl's Light Clay, which makes future screens less effective.

**Taunt**: Taunt from Pokemon such as Krookodile disables most of Grimmsnarl's moves, but Krookodile isn't a safe switch-in, as Spirit Break can easily 2HKO it.

**Steel-types**: Steel-types such as Melmetal, Scizor, and Bisharp all threaten to KO Grimmsnarl with their Steel-type attacks. Bisharp is especially excellent because of how Spirit Break's Special Attack drop activates Defiant.

Grimmsnarl's access to Prankster, Taunt, and a good defensive typing allow it to carve a niche in the metagame as the most consistent user of dual screens. With Prankster, dual screens will be setup before the opponent can hit Grimmsnarl, and Taunt allows Grimmsnarl to deny the many popular Defoggers from removing Grimmsnarl's dual screens, such as Rotom-W, Rotom-H, and Moltres. (add comma) Taunt additionally allows Grimmsnarl to not become setup fodder for Pokemon such as Rotom-H and Scizor, and to also deny Stealth Rock attempts from Swampert, Nihilego, and Hippowdon. The hyper offense teams Grimmsnarl finds itself on greatly appreciate Grimmsnarl's support, but this does not come without problems. Grimmsnarl is somewhat passive, allowing it to be taken advantage of by Pokemon like Celesteela, Mega Altaria, and Aegislash Melmetal. Spirit Break allows Grimmsnarl to hit Dark-types immune to Taunt, such as Krookodile, Moltres-Galar Galarian Moltres, and Zarude. 132 Defense EVs allow Grimmsnarl to survive Adamant Life Orb Scizor's Bullet Punch, as well as Melmetal's Double Iron Bash and Choice Band Urshifu's Surging Strikes with Reflect active. (Surging Strikes ignores Reflect, remove this mention or put something else like Mega Alt's Frustration)

(mention that it only fit on hyper offense builds) Many setup sweepers appreciate Grimmsnarl's dual screens, such as Mega Altaria, Azumarill, Celesteela, Moltres-Galar Galarian Moltres, and Rotom-H. Mega Altaria and Azumarill are especially important because they check Urshifu-R, a problematic Pokemon for hyper offense. Entry Hazard setters such as Nihilego Azelf, Deoxys-D (more common in ho), and Krookodile appreciate Grimmsnarl preventing Defog through Taunt, ensuring their hazards stay active. Bisharp is also a good partner, as Defiant further discourages Defog, allowing Grimmsnarl to keep its dual screens up.

Thunder Wave may be used over Spirit Break to hamper opposing Pokemon that are fast, such as Alakazam (Zam is being suspected so remove this mention if it gets banned and mention something else like scarf shao!) and Infernape. However, this increases the passivity of Grimmsnarl, and allows Pokemon such as Bisharp and Rotom-H to use it as setup fodder.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Strong Wallbreakers**: Although Grimmsnarl's dual screens decreases the damage it takes, strong wallbreakers such as Mega Altaria, Scizor, Aegislash, and Melmetal are extremely threatening to Grimmsnarl.

**Knock Off**: Knock Off (from who?) makes Grimmsnarl lose its Light Clay, making its dual screens have a shorter duration, limiting its support capabilities.

**Taunt**: Taunt from Pokemon such as Krookodile and Nidoking (nidoking will probably just click Sludge Wave so remove it) disable most of Grimmsnarl's moves, preventing Grimmsnarl from supporting its teammates. However, Krookodile isn't a safe switch-in, as Spirit Break can easily 2HKO it.

mention steel-types like bisharp melm scizor here!

Grimmsnarl's access to Prankster, Taunt, and a good defensive typing allow it to carve out a niche in the metagame as the most consistent user of dual screens. With Prankster, dual screens will be set (add space) up before the opponent can hit Grimmsnarl, and Taunt allows Grimmsnarl to deny the many popular Defoggers from removing Grimmsnarl's dual screens, such as Rotom-W, Rotom-H, and Moltres, and to not become while preventing it from becoming setup fodder for Pokemon such as Rotom-H and Scizor really don't like this mention because BP still does a ton and Sciz is faster, meaning that staying in and risking damage on your screen setter out of all things is just frankly a bad idea. It also denies Stealth Rock attempts from Swampert, Nihilego, and Hippowdon List examples of mons like GMoltres and Salamence that enjoy rocks being off the field. The hyper offense teams Grimmsnarl finds itself on greatly appreciate Grimmsnarl's support, but this does not come without problems, as Grimmsnarl is somewhat passive, allowing leaving it to be taken advantage of by certain Pokemon like Celesteela, Mega Altaria, and Melmetal. Spirit Break allows Grimmsnarl to hit Dark-types immune to Taunt, such as Krookodile, Galarian Moltres, and Zarude. 132 Defense EVs allow Grimmsnarl to survive Adamant Life Orb Scizor's Bullet Punch, as well as and Melmetal's Double Iron Bash with Reflect active.

Grimmsnarl only fits on hyper offense teams, as they can fully take full advantage of Grimmsnarl's dual screens. Many setup sweepers appreciate said dual screens, such as Mega Altaria, Azumarill, Celesteela, Galarian-Moltres, and Rotom-H. Mega Altaria and Azumarill are especially important because they can also check Urshifu-R, a problematic Pokemon for hyper offense. Entry Hazard hazard setters such as Deoxys-D and Krookodile appreciate Grimmsnarl preventing Defog through the use of Taunt, ensuring that their hazards stay active. Bisharp is also a good partner, as Defiant further discourages Defog attempts, allowing Grimmsnarl to keep its dual screens up.

However, this increases the passivity of Grimmsnarl, and allows Pokemon such as Bisharp and You'd want to switch out anyways because of how Spirit Break activates Defiant, there's no distinction Rotom-H to use it as setup fodder.

Mention how HO staples Steela and GMoltres can also abuse this to paraflinch bulkier mons such as Nihilego.

**Strong Wallbreakers**: Although Grimmsnarl's dual screens decreases can reduce the amount of damage that it takes from attacks, strong wallbreakers such as Melmetal, Mega Altaria, Scizor, and Aegislash, and Melmetal reordering are still extremely threatening to Grimmsnarl.

**Knock Off**: Knock Off from Pokemon such as Krookodile, Scizor, Tangrowth, and Azumarill make Tangrowth, Zeraora, and Krookodile can threaten to remove Grimmsnarl's lose its Light Clay rewording and reordering, limiting its support capabilities by making its dual screens much less effective overall. have a shorter duration Kinda dex info, limiting its support capabilities.

**Taunt**: Taunt from Pokemon such as Krookodile threatens to disable most of Grimmsnarl's moves, preventing Grimmsnarl from supporting its teammates. However, Krookodile isn't a safe switch-in, as Spirit Break can easily 2HKO it.
