Great Tusk is an excellent Pokemon due to its amazing physical bulk, defensive typing, role compression, and movepool. It also has a very strong offensive presence and has utility moves in Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock to back it up. Headlong Rush is an amazing STAB move, letting Great Tusk force out Pokemon such as Heatran, Gholdengo, and Skeledirge very well. Earthquake can be used for a no-drawback STAB move, but the lack in power is certainly noticeable. Close Combat allows Great Tusk to annihilate Pokemon like Kingambit, and Ferrothorn, and it does a nice chunk to Rotom-W on the switch. Rapid Spin provides reliable entry hazard control, which is especially useful because Great Tusk forces out common Stealth Rock users like Heatran and Mega Tyranitar. It also lets Great Tusk outspeed foes like Iron Valiant, non-Choice Scarf Tapu Lele, and Tornadus-T. Ice Spinner lets Great Tusk hit Landorus-T, Dragonite, and Tornadus-T for good damage. Heavy-Duty Boots give Great Tusk an entry hazard immunity and allow it to safely Rapid Spin, while Leftovers gives it passive recovery and lets you reliably check Pokemon like Kingambit and Garchomp. Booster Energy can be used to improve Great Tusk's already great offensive output, but since it is a one-time use item, it can be quite unreliable. Tera Water improves the matchup into Pokemon like Urshifu-R and Floatzel. Tera Ground removes Great Tusk's Fairy and Psychic weakness and bolsters it's offensive output, letting it OHKO Pokemon like Iron Valiant, Choice Scarf Tapu Lele, and Volcarona. Tera Steel gives Great Tusk resistances to the majority of its weaknesses, letting you KO Pokemon such as Tornadus-T, Iron Valiant, Tapu Lele, and Tapu Koko after luring them. Gholdengo and Kingambit make excellent partners for Great Tusk, as Gholdengo safely handles Pokemon like Tapu Lele and Iron Valiant, while Kingambit can force out and Pursuit Pokemon like Tornadus-T and Dragapult. Great Tusk is commonly used as setup fodder against Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Volcarona, so partners like Clodsire and Dragonite can support it in that case. Entry hazard setters like Ferrothorn appreciate Rapid Spin support from Great Tusk, as it lets them keep entry hazards up while removing opposing ones, preventing the team from being worn down quickly. Stealth Rock-weak wallbreakers like Nasty Plot Tornadus-T and Mega Charizard Y also appreciate entry hazard removal from Great Tusk, as it lets them come in multiple times and poke holes in the opposition.

Great Tusk is an excellent Pokemon due to its amazing physical bulk, defensive typing, role compression, and movepool. It also has a very strong offensive presence and has the utility to back it up, such as Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock. Headlong Rush is an amazing STAB move, allowing it to force out Pokemon such as Heatran, Gholdengo, and Skeledirge very well. Earthquake can be used for no drawbacks to your defensive stats, but the lack in power is certainly noticeable. Close Combat allows Great Tusk to annihilate Pokemon like Kingambit, Ferrothorn, and does a nice chunk to Rotom-Wash on the switch. Stealth Rock allows Great Tusk to chip down the opponent(I don't think you need to say Stealth Rock lets it chip down opponents, stealth rocks importance is known and it seems a little fluff-y), while providing good role compression(we have said that Great Tusk has good role compression twice without saying what roles exactly it is compressing. Be sure to mention the value of its utility paired with its ability to block volts somewhere). If you already have a Stealth Rock user, Rapid Spin can be used for semi reliable hazard removal, and can let you outspeed foes like Tapu Lele and Iron Valiant (This makes it seem like Rapid Spin is the secondary option. Swap the order around of Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock mentions and definitely emphasise the pros of Rapid Spin more. Stealth Rock Tusker is fine but most of the point is that its removal that forces out Gholdengo, beats Heatran, Mega Tar, and pretty much every rocker in the tier while also benefiting massively from the speed boost is pog so be sure to get that across). Ice Spinner is a way to hit Lando-T, Dragonite, Tornadus-T for good damage, as well as being able to clear Rillaboom's Grassy Terrain, disabling Grassy Glide's revenge killing capabilities. (This is just not necessary, Rillaboom does not exist and even if it did Rillaboom would come in, set terrain, and have priority again as no one is switching directly into Great Tusk with boomer.)Heavy-Duty Boots give you a hazard immunity and allow you to safely Rapid Spin without taking chip from entry hazards, while Leftovers gives you passive recovery(I think Booster Energy is worth a mention as well). Tera Water gives you a Water resistance(I'd like to imagine people know the type chart so this just reads as unnecessary), letting you matchup better into Pokemon like Urshifu-R and Floatzel, while Tera Steel gives you a resistance to a majority of your weaknesses, letting you handle Pokemon such as Tornadus-T, Iron Valiant, Tapu Lele, and Tapu Koko (The majority of Lele and Valiant sets run some form of Fighting coverage, Heat Wave from Torn does a million, and Steel-typing makes you arguably weaker to Koko too so "handle" is definitely a bit of a reach as it implies it lets Tusk check them. I would argue Tera Steel lures them rather than handles so I'd make sure it reflects that.) . Maximum Speed is needed to outspeed foes like Gholdengo and Dragonite. Since Great Tusk is threatened by relevant hazard control such as Rotom-Wash and Tornadus-T, partners like Defensive Gholdengo and Kingambit (what does Kingambit have to do with helping vs relevant hazard control? It's going to get wisped by Rotom, and turned on, or worse, Focus Blasted by Torn)help it out well, and they don't mind the Flying, Psychic, and Fairy type moves Great Tusk is easily threatened out by. It is also quite challenging for Great Tusk to not be used as set up fodder from Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Volcarona, so partners like Clodsire and Skeledirge can support it in that case.
(This last section is weird, I'm sure there are way better partners to mention than the unawares, since offensive Great Tusk isn't really a fat staple where they are found. I would much prefer the mentioned teammates to include things like Rotom-Wash, Ferrothorn, Steel-types that check all the Psychics/Fairy's, spikers that appreciate spin > fog etc etc)
After reading this back through I realise its now more purple than anything else but most of these comments seem pretty important so I'd like to give this another read over after implementation

Close Combat allows Great Tusk to annihilate Pokemon like Kingambit, Ferrothorn, and does a nice chunk to Rotom-Wash on the switch. Rapid Spin is used for semi reliable we say a little later on in this sentence that Tusk is good because it forces out Spin Blockers and beats most Rockers, so calling it semi reliable up here is odd hazard removal, and can let you outspeed foes like Tapu Lele and Iron Valiant and can do it very well, as you force out spinblockers such as Gholdengo and Dragapult, and beat common Stealth Rock users like Heatran and Mega Tyranitar. This gives Great Tusk great role compression, as its utility and immunity to Volt Switch makes it a very nice Pokemon to use as hazard control. Ice Spinner is a way to hit Lando-T, Dragonite, Tornadus-T for good damage. Heavy-Duty Boots give you a hazard immunity and allow you to safely Rapid Spin without taking chip from entry hazards, while Leftovers gives you passive recovery. Booster Energy can be used to improve your already great offensive output, but since it is a one-time use item, it can be quite unreliable. Tera Water lets you matchup better into Pokemon like Urshifu-R and Floatzel, while Tera Steel gives you a resistance to a majority of your weaknesses, letting you lure Pokemon such as Tornadus-T, Iron Valiant, Tapu Lele, and Tapu Koko. We discussed adding a little bit about Tera Ground in here on discord, main benefits being still removing psychic and fairy weakness but letting you OHKO Valiant, defensive Gholdengo, post-Tera Garg, and non-Grass Volcarona. Maximum Speed is needed to outspeed foes like Gholdengo and Dragonite. Since Great Tusk is threatened by relevant hazard control such as Rotom-Wash and Tornadus-T, partners like Defensive Gholdengo and Kingambit The ordering of this sentence is a little off as it implies kingambit helps vs hazard control, when it loses or is bad into most of the common ones, probably reword it to something like "Gholdengo and Kingambit make excellent partners for Great Tusk as they dont mind the Flying, Psychic, and Fairy-type moves Great Tusk is threatend by. Gholdengo in particular makes an outstanding pairing as it...." help it out well, and they don't mind the Flying, Psychic, and Fairy type moves Great Tusk is easily threatened out by. It is also quite challenging for Great Tusk to not be used as set up fodder from Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Volcarona, so partners like Clodsire and Rotom-Wash can support it in that case. Entry hazard setters that appreciate Rapid Spin over Defog like Ferrothorn also pair very well with Great Tusk, as you don't have to clear your own hazards to not let your team get chipped down with Rapid Spin, and allows you to easily chip your opponent reliably.

Heavy-Duty Boots give you a hazard immunity and allow you to safely Rapid Spin without taking chip from entry hazards, while Leftovers gives you passive recovery. mention the pokemon that you check better long term, kingambit/dnite/chomp etc Booster Energy can be used to improve your already great offensive output, but since it is a one-time use item, it can be quite unreliable. Tera Water lets you matchup better into Pokemon like Urshifu-R and Floatzel. Tera Ground removes your Fairy and Psychic weakness and bolsters your offensive output, letting you OHKO Pokemon like Iron Valiant, Post-Tera Garganacl, if its post tera you lose the matchup badly, replace with something else like Choice Scarf Tapu Lele or Mega Diancie and Volcarona. Tera Steel gives you a resistance to a majority of your weaknesses, letting you lure Pokemon such as Tornadus-T, Iron Valiant, Tapu Lele, and Tapu Koko. Maximum Speed is needed to outspeed foes like Gholdengo and Dragonite. fluff, max max spreads don't rly need to be talked about especially on a set named "Offensive Utility" Gholdengo and Kingambit make excellent partners for Great Tusk as they don't mind the Flying, Psychic, and Fairy-type moves Great Tusk is threatened by. Gholdengo in particular makes an outstanding pairing as it safely handles Pokemon like Tapu Lele and Iron Valiant, while Kingambit can force out and Pursuit Pokemon like Tornadus-T and Dragapult. u can definitely combine these two sentences together and go over what gholdengo checks and then mention kingambit pursuit trapping tusk checks, no need to state the type chart stuff It is also quite challenging for Great Tusk to not be used as set up fodder from Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Volcarona, so partners like Clodsire and Rotom-Wash washtom is a rly bad volc answer, they just tera grass giga or take a hydro by qding again, add smth like heatran/dnite can support it in that case. Entry hazard setters that appreciate Rapid Spin over Defog like Ferrothorn also pair very well with Great Tusk, as you don't have to clear your own hazards to not let your team get chipped down with Rapid Spin, and allows you to easily chip your opponent reliably. add rocks weak breakers like zardy and flyz torn that appreciate spin support asw
