Crimson, seeing easy prey, flies high into the air and out of Iggy's reach. Nonetheless, Iggy tries to stick Crimson with an Electroweb, but misses the high flying bird. Then, Crimson swoops down in a deep dive, striking Iggy for significant damage. Crimson repeat his trick as Iggy tries in vain to land an attack, only to be rewarded with another high speed diving attack from Crimson. Getting fed up with this bird, Iggy gathers its Hidden Power into a powerful electric force, but is beaten to the punch by Crimson, who already flew twice as high to avoid the attack. Once the attack passes, Crimson dives steeply downwards, becoming a blur that slams into Iggy with enormous force, KOing the Burmy!

What an explosive first round! Trapped in a bad matchup, Granny sacrifices his Burmy to burn off a ton of Energy from Rufflet. With Rufflet's Energy so low, will we be seeing back to back KOs?

Granny goes for the evasive, get me the fuck out of here, gameplay, eschewing damage to try and get Cutiefly out of a doomed matchup with as little damage taken as possible. While Azelfie was unable to delete Cutiefly this round, they were able to bank some damage in and now Honedge gets to matchup against Type: Null at near full health.

Replacing the outmatched Giorno Giovanna, Dio Brando comes into play, glaring at Tyfring with disdainful eyes beneath its axe-face-head-mask-thing. Dio Brando makes his debut by manipulating his internal body temperature, the inner flame charging the power behind his strike while also loosening up his muscles, raising his speed by one stage! Unflinching, Tyfring charges light into its eyes and shoots a Flash Cannon at Dio Brando, lowering Dio Brando's Special Defense by one! Angered, Dio Brando quickly pursues Tyrfing and delivers a fast strike. Tyfring, however, doesn't strike back, but instead sheathes itself into its scabbard, only to quickly draw itself to produce a ringing Metal Sound that resonates with Dio Brando, dropping his Special Defense another two stages! Dio Brando channels his inner fire again to Flame Charge Tyfring, who responds with a significantly more effective Flash Cannon!

In this round, a very fast Type:Null vs one slow Honedge. Granny feels the pain as Type:Null's best attack against Honedge is a 5 BP physical move, while Honedge resorts to debuffs to try and win the damage race. Azelfie is slowly putting the screws into Granny, who has to find a way to stop Honedge with Type:Null if he wants to avoid a Cutiefly massacre.

Tyfring responds with a hard hitting Flash Cannon burst followed quickly by a Shock Wave of electricty. Dio Brando repeats its powered-up Flame Charge attack, only to be met with an equally powerful Flash Cannon from Tyfring.

Granny goes for double combinations to keep up with Azelfie's boosted damage. While it worked, Granny is now forced to start next round on cooldown, meaning its entirely possible for Type:Null to go down without doing any more damage to Honedge.
