Hisuian Arcanine serves as a formidable revenge killer and, if it's running Stealth Rock, entry hazard setter while also packing solid defensive utility thanks to having Intimidate before Mega Evolving, allowing it to soft check the likes of Weavile and Altarianite Regieleki. Altarianite grants Hisuian Arcanine access to Pixilate Extreme Speed, which lets it revenge kill common offensive staples such as Dragonite, Urshifu-R, and Hisuian Samurott. Stealth Rock lets Hisuian Arcanine set entry hazards and pressure hazard removers such as Corviknight and Metagrossite Great Tusk looking to come in. Stone Edge lets it threaten foes that resist its STAB moves, notably targeting Ho-Oh, Pinsirite Gouging Fire, and opposing Hisuian Arcanine. The given EVs let it outpace uninvested Solgaleo. Hisuian Arcanine struggles against bulky Water-types such as Arceus-Water and Toxapex, making teammates that can threaten them such as Raging Bolt, Raikou, and Zapdos appreciated. Other defensive staples such as Eternatus, Garganacl, and Red Orb Hippowdon trouble Hisuian Arcanine, so teammates that can reliably pressure these such as Landorus, Great Tusk, and Arceus-Ground are also appreciated. Defensive teammates such as Eternatus, Solgaleo, and Corviknight appreciate Hisuian Arcanine's ability to take on threats such as Magearna, Ho-Oh, and Weavile. Hisuian Arcanine dislikes entry hazards, so allies that can remove them such as Corviknight, Mandibuzz, and Great Tusk are necessary.

Set mostly looks good. You need to fix up this sentence, which isn't clear on what it means:
Stealth Rock lets Hisuian Arcanine chip down defensive walls, while also pressuring hazard removers such as Corviknight and Metagrossite Great Tusk.
What you want to say is that Arcanine sets rocks and prevents hazard clearers from coming in, not that stealth rock pressures metagrossite great tusk (it doesn't really). The ice and dark types listed are all also pretty much unviable, so cut them. Instead, you could mention Arcanine taking on steel types for Eternatus, say, or other examples in that vein.

Implement for 1/2

2/2 good stuff

Hisuian Arcanine serves as a formidable revenge killer and entry hazard setter if it's running Stealth Rock, while also packing solid defensive utility with access to Intimidate before Mega Evolving (any cases where intim / the def util is useful? as in if it acts as an emergency switchin to some phys attackers). Stealth Rock lets Hisuian Arcanine set entry hazards, while also pressuring hazard removers such as Corviknight and Metagrossite Great Tusk looking to come in and remove them. Stone Edge lets it threaten foes that resist its STAB moves, notably targeting Ho-Oh, Entei, Pinsirite Gouging Fire, (arguably more important than entei / opp harc. can even cut down to 3 examples) and opposing Hisuian Arcanine. Altarianite grants Hisuian Arcanine access to Pixilate Extreme Speed, which lets it revenge kill common offensive staples such as Dragonite, Urshifu-R, and Hisuian Samurott, and Regieleki (move this up to match set order. not sure if eleki is the best example cuz even like blitz deals with it fine and cutting down to 3 is usually good). The gives EVs lets it outpace no Speed Solgaleo, while also having extra bulk, letting it more reliably take on Weavile and Altarianite Regieleki. Hisuian Arcanine struggles against bulky Water-types such as Arceus-Water and Toxapex, making teammates that can threaten these such as Raging Bolt, Raikou, and Zapdos appreciated. (harc also struggles vs stuff like defensive etern and garg, dont forget to mention that+their checks) Defensive teammates such as Eternatus, Solgaleo, and Corviknight appreciate Hisuian Arcanine's ability to take on threats such as Magearna, Ho-Oh, and Weavile, respectively. Hisuian Arcanine dislikes entry hazards, so allies that can remove hazards such as Corviknight, Mandibuzz, and Great Tusk are necessary.
