Following a survey, the OU Council held an unban vote today, in preparation for the upcoming Indigo Disk DLC.
Here are the results:
For a Pokemon that is in Ubers to be unbanned from OU, it requires a supermajority of over 2/3 unban votes. Since the council consists of 10 members, it requires at least 7/10 council members to vote unban. Gliscor, Roaring Moon, Volcarona, and Darkrai have met the 7/10 treshold and, as such, they will be unbanned from SV OU, effective with the implementation of the Indigo Disk DLC on PS! (tagging Marty and Kris to implement these unbans with the upcoming DLC). We will monitor these Pokemon's places in the OU metagame closely once they've been unbanned. Baxcalibur, Sneasler, Urshifu-Rapid-Strike, and Zamazenta-Crowned will remain in SV Ubers. It is possible that some of these Pokemon will be revisited in the future, but there are no concrete plans for that for now.
