Pending Give /importinputlog access to all trusted users

It would be great that trusted users in general (room staff members as global voice can already) had access to this, specially as it could be useful for games involving events and tournaments in those rooms. If one of the players had any issue and was forced to leave the game, a roomstaff could set it up for the players.

Also is there any reason why this command is restricted? At first glance I don't see any problem but there must be something I'm missing.

It's restricted to prevent ppl from DoSing the server by importing 1k turn battles.
