Rock Tomb is an egg move. Bred a male Rock Tomb Roggenrola with a female Boldore without Rock Tomb, and Rock Tomb was passed down.

Apparently Roggenrola gets Wide Guard as an Egg Move according to the Japanese Kalos Pokédex guide, but it currently can't be checked.

Wide Guard is confirmed for Roggenrola! It has the longest chain I've ever seen though: Mantine/Tirtouga/Alomomola -> Mudkip-> Turtwig -> Paras -> Dwebble -> Roggenrola.
