[Gen 5 OU] Drizzle team

Hi there, I've only just started playing on Pokemon Showdown today so I'm not too good at team building. I currently have 18 wins and 19 losses in total and just under 60% win ratio with this team (My 'Imma firin' ma laser', 944 damage solar beam, venusaur team didn't go too well). I've played this team 12 times so far: 7 wins 5 loses.

Politoed @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
IVs: 30 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Psychic

This guy is fairly self explanitory. You need him for drizzle. I usually send him in first to get the rain off quickly. The only exeption to this is when I'm pretty sure the opponent is running a weather team where I will send him in at where I judge is the best oppourtunity. Most commonly the first pokemon sent out against him is an electric pokemon where I immediately switch to jolteon.

Tentacruel @ Leftovers
Ability: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Giga Drain
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic

Originally designed to set up spikes and to remove the opponets, tentacruel hasn't found much use in my team. Not only have I hardly used toxic spikes as I've either found it much more effective to use jolteon/tornadus or the current opponent out would one hit him anyways. On top of this; in my 12 games with this team I've only found one person who uses entry hazards and that was a sole stealth rock. I'm still reluctant to take him out as I may eventually come up against someone who uses entry hazards or loves to switch pokemon around but more active alternatives would be appreciated.

Vaporeon @ Life Orb
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Rest

Vaporeon is useful. She is not the best in my team at anything; jolteon does hit and run better, tornadus nukes the hell out of anything and toxicroak is tankier but she generally finnishes the close games for me. When all the more specialist roles are dead vaporeon comes on and can deal with anything fairly well as well as being fairly tanky with over 400 hp. Has won many a game for me.

Tornadus (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Hasty Nature
- Hurricane
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Heat Wave

Tornadus in a drizzle team is a boss. Nuff said. One game I had he was faster than all of the opponents pokemon and soloed 5 pokemon down in 5 turns. He is like paper though so I will retreat him if I feel the opponent is likely to OHKO him. Primary damage dealer for the team.

Toxicroak @ Leftovers
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Sucker Punch

If this guy gets a set up he is insanely bulky. He can hit first every time at up to 4x damage and on top of having the same multiplier on his attack on his defence, he heals an amazing amount per turn. Very effective against stall teams where he has the entire world to set up.

Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Timid Nature
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Signal Beam
- Thunder
- Volt Switch

Volteon is a hit and run extraordinare. He can generally get in OHKO or revenge kill and get out everytime without fail. Even when something unexpected happens he can just volt switch out - which in most cases still deals a fair amount of damage - and escape unharmed. Volt switch is also used after a successful kill if there is no available opputunities for a kill. Has dealt the second most damage in my team after Tornadus and has died far less times than him.

So there's my team. I'd class it as largely successful although nothing jaw-dropping. As I said I've only started playing on smogon today so I am almost a complete noob. Any help would be greatly appreciated (especially if it involves tentacruel!) and would be taken on board. Thanks in advance! :D
