By a winning margin of one vote, the winning submission is Gargoyle.

Slate 1 Part 6B: Remaining Flavor
You will have 72 hours to submit the remaining flavor for this Pokemon. This means: Pokedex entries, Height, Weight, usually useless moves, and its learnset (what levels or methods it learns the moves it gets, both the viable moves and the useless ones). This is basically filling out the rest of the Pokemon's lore and non-battle relevant stuff! Have fun!

Here's the mon so far as a refresher:

Red and Blue:
This Pokemon usually likes to sit still near territory, and pretend to be a statue to lure prey. It will lunge at full speed torwards anything that gets close.
Yellow: A Pokemon that stands still like a statue and will jump at victims that get too close. Particulary rich trainers like to keep Gargoyles to guard their homes.
Stadium: It is infamous for being territorial. It will lunge headfirst into battle to protect anything it cares about, whether that be treasure, food, offspring, etc.
How to obtain: Get into the sightline of some suspicious moving statues in Team Rocket's hideout, Sylph Co., or Viridian Gym. It can also be found as a rather rare encounter in Cerulean Cave.

Edit: I've made some changes due to this no longer being a Machamp line split evo. eshe0's submission post didn't include Counter (which seemed to be a significant move from the discord discussion) & Seismic Toss so I have removed both from the submission. If either is considered not competitive then I would include it.

Quick update - gastlies and i have ruled that this is NOT a split Machoke evo so as not to lock a bunch of flavor moves. Treat this as independent - for example it could be gotten by trading a machoke or machamp to someone on cinnabar. We’ll extend submissions an extra 24 hours to let people adjust.
