• The combination of Purifying Salt and access to reliable recovery and Iron Defense makes Garganacl a solid late-game wincon.

• Tera Fairy allows Garganacl to continue to set up against Great Tusk and Koraidon, which often switch in to handle Garganacl. Fairy also has few weaknesses in general.

• Thanks to Purifying Salt's status immunity, Salt Cure's consistent damage, reliable recovery, and Iron Defense, Garganacl can become a strong win condition that can be very difficult for teams without a phazer or strong special nuke to check. (really wordy, just say "The combination of Purifying Salt and access to reliable recovery and Iron Defense make Garganacl a solid lategame win condition." you could keep the "no phazer" part but there's literally only 1 phazer in the tier so...)
