Garchomp serves as an excellent wallbreaker that possesses great defensive utility, having an Electric-type immunity and being a check to Pokemon like Heatran and Volcarona. Outrage with Dragonium Z muscles through Pokemon like Great Tusk, Tangrowth, and Ting-Lu. Garchomp fits best on offensive teams; Pokemon like Volcarona, Mega Charizard Y, and Tapu Koko benefit from it breaking through Pokemon like Toxapex, Clodsire, and Dragonite. Tapu Koko makes a stellar partner because it can pivot on Garchomp targets in Clodsire, Gastrodon, and Gliscor. In return, Tapu Koko threatens Corviknight and Slowbro, two major roadblocks for Garchomp. Pokemon like Mega Scizor and Kingambit can pressure revenge killers such as Iron Valiant, Weavile, and Dragapult thanks to their strong priority while taking several attacks from them. Rotom-W switches into Pokemon that threaten Garchomp such as Great Tusk and Tornadus-T. Garchomp can take care of Pokemon Rotom-W pivots out on such as Gastrodon, Ferrothorn, and Gholdengo.

[SET COMMENTS]
Garchomp possesses great role compression and is a good check to contact attackers like Mega Scizor, Dragonite, and Mega Lopunny. Toxic can cripple switch-ins such as Landorus-T, Tangrowth, and Rotom-W. Dragon Tail can stop any setup attempts from Volcarona, Mega Scizor, and Dragonite lacking Ice Spinner and can wear down Pokemon like Corviknight, Rotom-W, and Landorus-T. Alternatively, Flamethrower can rip through Pokemon like Kartana, Mega Scizor, and Ferrothorn. Tera Ghost lets Garchomp spinblock Great Tusk and switch into Fighting-type moves from Pokemon like Mega Medicham and Zamazenta, while Tera Water grants resistances to Gholdengo's Make It Rain and Ice- and Water-type moves from Weavile, Floatzel, and Urshifu-R as well as neutrality to Fairy-type attacks from Iron Valiant and Mega Diancie. Tera Steel gives it a Toxic immunity and improves Garchomp's matchup against Tapu Lele, Kartana, and Dragapult. The given Speed EVs with a Jolly Nature allows Garchomp to outspeed Timid Gholdengo, while maximizing its physical bulk. Teammates like Mega Scizor, Gholdengo, and Volcarona can cover Garchomp's Ice and Fairy weaknesses and threaten out a majority of Garchomp checks such as Iron Valiant, Weavile, and Mega Diancie. In return, Garchomp can switch into Rock- and Fire-type Pokemon like Heatran, Mega Tyranitar, and Volcarona. Knock Off Kingambit and Weavile support Garchomp by crippling common Defoggers like Tornadus-T and Landorus-T.

Garchomp @ Rockium Z / Dragonium Z tbh i think rockium is awful, simply because what are the fairy types that prevents you from just throwing Z-Outrage? Also this OHKOs tusk and Clef isn't real so this is def the better option.

Garchomp serves as a excellent wallbreaker due to its stellar Attack stat, unique Speed tier, good bulk, and strong STAB combination. It also possesses great defensive utility, having an Electric-type immunity and being able to check to Pokemon like Heatran and Volcarona. Swords Dance allows Garchomp to break through hazard control options such as Great Tusk and Tornadus-T, which it can then maintain Stealth Rock on the field easily I think everyone knows what Sword Dance does tbh, also i'm p sure the wording at the end is wrong. Stone Edge with Rockium Z gives Garchomp an insanely strong Rock-type move to beat Pokemon like Landorus-T and Zapdos, while reasoning is above but like outrage does the same job Outrage with Dragonium Z enables Garchomp to muscle through Pokemon like Great Tusk, Tangrowth, and Ting-Lu. Rough Skin punishes physical attackers like Mega Lopunny, Mega Scizor, and Kartana. I don't think this is necessary, the main point of this chomp set isn't rough skin so i wldn't mention it Garchomp being a excellent wallbreaker and Stealth Rock setter makes it always dreamed to type this, fluff fit best on offensive teams, so Pokemon like Volcarona, Mega Charizard Y, and Tapu Koko makes good partners p sure u forgot this due to them benefiting from Garchomp breaking through Pokemon like Toxapex, Clodsire and Dragonite. Tapu Koko makes a stellar partner in particular due to how easilly it can pivot into Garchomp on Pokemon like Heatran and Clodsire, and let Garchomp be able to set up a Stealth Rock or a Swords Dance as it forces out the aforementioned Pokemon because it can pivot on Clodsire, Gastrodon and Gliscor, bringing safely Garchomp, which can pressure these. In return, Tapu Koko threaten Corviknight and Slowbro, two major roadblocks for Garchomp. It appreciates Pokemon that can handle Pokemon that Garchomp is threaten by outspeed and KO it, such as Iron Valiant, Weavile, and Dragapult, so .Pokemon like Mega Scizor and Kingambit can pressure these thanks to their strong priority, while struggling several attacks from them support it well as Mega Scizor can use Bullet Punch on Iron Valiant and Weavile, while Kingambit is a hard counter to Dragapult, while also handling Weavile and choice-locked Iron Valiant well just general rewording. Rotom-Wash can also be a valuable partner to Garchomp, as it can come into Pokemon that threaten Garchomp such as Weavile and Urshifu-R and cripple them with a burn and chip them with Volt Switch, and then pivot back in Garchomp once they are handled with. this need to be reworded for several reasons, 1- Shifu doesn't threaten nor can RK chomp, 2- rotom doesn't check vile and shifu, and 3- the sentence is p undigest with all those 'and'

Garchomp possesses great role compression, as it compresses Stealth Rock and Spikes, fluff, especially since you don't use both in the set and is a nice check to Pokemon such as Mega Scizor, Dragonite, and Mega Lopunny, as it forces a good chunk on the aforementioned Pokemon due to the chip damage from Rough Skin and Rocky Helmet needs to be reworded, u kinda abuse 'as' which makes this sentence v undigest. However, having no reliable recovery and being easily chipped by entry hazards can make Garchomp passive in the long run ???? wdym. Earthquake is Garchomp's best STAB option, as you can force out Tapu Koko, Gholdengo, and Kingambit very well everyone knows what quake does. Toxic can cripple switch-ins such as Landorus-T, Tangrowth, and Rotom-W, which can put them putting them on a timer. Dragon Tail can remove any setup attempts from Volcarona, Mega Scizor, and Dragonite lacking Ice Spinner and can wear down Pokemon like Tornadus-T, Rotom-W, and Landorus-T. Alternatively, Flamethrower can rip through Pokemon like Kartana, and Mega Scizor, and can dent Pokemon like u dont need to put them on a diff part of your sentence and Ferrothorn. Spikes can allow Garchomp to wear down Pokemon like Great Tusk, Ferrothorn, and Ting-Lu, while Stealth Rock is just nice utility in general. fluff Tera Ghost gives Garchomp a Rapid Spin immunity, blocking Pokemon like Great Tusk and enabling Garchomp to cripple it with a Toxic or phaze it with a Dragon Tail. It also gives you an immunity from strong Fighting-type moves from Pokemon like Mega Medicham and Zamazenta, while Tera Water gives Garchomp a Ice- and Water-type resist from Pokemon like Weavile, Floatzel, and Urshifu-R, while also giving you resistances to Gholdengo's Make It Rain and a neutrality to Fairy-type moves coming from Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Mega Diancie and a Ice Resistance + mention of Tera Steel which gives u a toxic immunity and allows you to beat Lele/Kart while struggling whatever moves pult throws at you. The given Speed EVs with a Jolly Nature allows Garchomp to outspeed Timid Gholdengo, while maximizing its physical bulk. Garchomp is an excellent pick on bulky offense, as it can easily set up entry hazards while being a check to threatening Pokemon like Mega Lopunny and Heatran. fluff Since Garchomp has major weaknesses to Ice- and Fairy-type moves, Pokemon like Mega Scizor, Gholdengo, and Volcarona can cover those weaknesses well and can threaten out a majority of Pokemon that can threaten Garchomp, such as Iron Valiant, Weavile, and Mega Diancie. In return, Garchomp can switch into Rock- and Fire-type Pokemon like Heatran, Mega Tyranitar, and Mega Charizard Y, and force them out. this is a bit short, there's plenty of stuff u cld mention like idk knock support to cripple common foggers, pokemon that pressures flying types, Pokemon that appreciate seeing Punny being wore down, etc...

Dragon Tail can remove any setup attempts from Volcarona, Mega Scizor, and Dragonite lacking Ice Spinner and can wear down Pokemon like Tornadus-T, eh the chip isnt as permanent, replace w another example Rotom-W, and Landorus-T. Tera Ghost gives Garchomp a Rapid Spin immunity, blocking Pokemon like Great Tusk and enabling Garchomp to cripple it with a Toxic or phaze it with a Dragon Tail. (period) more easily. u dont handle pult in the first place The given Speed EVs with a Jolly Nature allows Garchomp to outspeed Timid Gholdengo, while maximizing its physical bulk.
