Toxic bypasses Covert Cloak, extering pressure on defensive Pokemon like opposing Arceus formes. Mega Mewtwo X pairs excellently with Arceus-Ground, as Arceus-Ground can deal with Mega Diancie, while, in return, Mega Mewtwo X can help Arceus-Ground deal with Water-types such as Mega Swampert and Mega Slowbro by using Chloroblast. Arceus-Ground pairs well with RegenVest Yveltal and Ice Scales Dialga-O, as these provide a good option against Chloroblast users and Palkia-O, respectively.
