Moves
========
Future Sight is a great STAB move to support Pokemon like Terrakion, overwhelming their defensive answers and improving the team's matchup against stall. Scald is an easy-to-use STAB move that can spread burn. Slack Off gives Slowbro sustainability, which is especially important after it Mega Evolves and loses Regenerator. Ice Beam gives Slowbro solid coverage to hit Water-resistant foes like Hydreigon, Latias, and Altaria, preventing them from healing, pivoting in, or setting up freely.

Set Details
========
Slowbro is able to hit as hard as possible while retaining some bulk with the provided spread. The Speed investment allows Slowbro to outpace slow Pokemon like Doublade and Amoonguss. Psychium Z can be used with Future Sight to allow another Pokemon to Mega Evolve and immediately threaten Pokemon like Amoonguss.

Usage Tips
========
Slowbro should wait to Mega Evolve to gain value from Regenerator. It can use Future Sight or chip foes with Scald and immediately switch out without much consequence thanks to Regenerator; it should only Mega Evolve when it needs the extra strength or bulk to check Pokemon like Mega Aerodactyl. To help wallbreakers break past their checks more easily, Slowbro should prioritize setting up Future Sight, which is especially effective against stall. Slowbro can effectively utilize its coverage as long as it avoids Toxic, as it is worn down too quickly otherwise. Given Slowbro's usual passivity, it is actually able to lure Pokemon like Celebi and Mega Altaria that can normally sponge uninvested hits with ease. Slowbro must also remain wary of Pursuit trappers like Krookodile and Alolan Muk and try to stay out of range of a Pursuit KO. As Slowbro lacks investment in Defense, it should be careful against physical wallbreakers it would normally handle like Swords Dance Terrakion.

Team Options
========
Future Sight Slowbro thrives in conjunction with other wallbreakers to pressure their switch-ins. Choice Band Terrakion makes for a great example; upon taking a Future Sight, Gligar is 2HKOed by Stone Edge, and Alomomola can no longer safely scout it. Other Fighting-types such as Infernape and Mienshao are consistent partners as well, as they threaten Pokemon that can sponge Future Sight comfortably, like Blissey or Latias. Amoonguss makes for a reliable partner, as it sponges strong physical hits from Pokemon that could otherwise overwhelm offensive Slowbro, like Terrakion, and checks Primarina, which Slowbro cannot threaten without Psychium Z. Amoonguss also forms a Regenerator core with Slowbro, and generates free turns to set up Future Sight through Spore. Steel-types like Cobalion and Scizor are appreciated to answer the bulky Fairy-types such as Florges and Sylveon that can take anything Slowbro throws at them. Slowbro's Future Sight support also helps Cobalion beat Amoonguss. Scizor is able to check Celebi, which can be especially bothersome to Slowbro if Celebi is running Recover. Slowbro is also rather vulnerable to VoltTurn cores, so Pokemon like Hippowdon and Rhyperior are very useful for being able to take hits from Rotom-H and Mega Manectric. Hippowdon also takes hits from Terrakion and Scizor and can use Whirlwind to cause additional disruption with Future Sight. Slowbro appreciates Pursuit trappers like Scizor or Choice Scarf Krookodile to remove Pokemon that can overpower it such as Latias and Gengar.

Future Sight is a great STAB move to support Pokemon like Terrakion would explain why this benefits teammates a bit more, don't need to go into too much detail but can mention that the combo it causes can deny defensive checks to teammates / help overwhelm walls and can decimate stall teams. Scald is rather easy to spam another STAB move that can spread burn. Slack Off gives Slowbro sustainability, especially after it Mega evolves and loses Regenerator. Ice Beam gives Slowbro solid coverage, able to hit Water-resistant Pokemon like Celebi and Altaria. can maybe phrase this to clarify that it lets you serve as a solid check to DD altaria, and comment on how it discourages / forces roosts out of hydreigon and latias.

Set Details
========
Slowbro is able to hit as hard as possible while retaining some bulk with the provided spread. The speed investment allows Slowbro to outpace Doublade and other slow Pokemon like Amoonguss. Would mention Psychium-z here as an alternative that lets you fit mega on something else and have a one time nuke that you can combine with your own future sight / use to hit something like amoonguss / prim / gengar.

Usage Tips
========
Slowbro can wait to mega evolve as it can use Future Sight or chip with Scald and immediately switch out without much consequence thanks to Regenerator. this reads a bit weird at the beginning, would probably say that its advised that iti waits to mega evolve instead. you should mention here scenarios where you would be advised to mega too and why you would want to do it. Slowbro should prioritize setting up Future Sight to properly coordinate with another wallbreaker, especially against Stall. Slowbro should wait to mega evolve until it needs the extra strength or bulk to check Pokemon like Nasty Plot Infernape. never mind you mention it here but i would move it up a bit, also the extra bulk makes zero difference vs np infernape, the only stats increasedby mega'ing are spa by 30 and def by 70. Slowbro should avoid Toxic to prevent getting worn down too quickly while making the most of its coverage. Given the power Slowbro usually lacks, it is actually able to lure Pokemon like Celebi and Mega Altaria that could normally sponge uninvested hits with ease. Slowbro must also remain wary of Pursuit trappers like Krookodile and Alolan Muk and try to stay out of range. might be worth mentioning briefly that the reeduced bulk makes you more vulnerable to stuff like mamo/maero and sd rak, (has a like 40% chance to die to +2 rockium unlike bulkier mbros), maero and mamo both 2hko pre mega u (with rocks up for maero) so can force you to play your HP a bit more safely if its your switch in etc.

Team Options
========
Future Sight Slowbro thrives in conjunction with other breakers to limit opposing switching. Choice Band Terrakion makes for a great example that behind Future Sight support can dismantle bulky teams. can briefly explain why here, eg. that it lets you 2hko stuff like gligar, prevents alo scouting u etc Terrakion as well as other Fighting-types such as Infernape and Mienshao are consistent partners as they have means for hitting Pokemon that can sponge Future Sight comfortably like Blissey or Latias. Fighting-types are generally useful as Slowbro is completely walled by Empoleon, and is vulnerable to Pursuit users like Alolan-Muk and Krookodile. this point feels a bit weird to me, none of these fighting types switch into empo or krook after all, i would just nuke this sentence especially with the length of this section atm. Amoonguss makes for a reliable partner as it sponges strong physical hits from Pokemon like Terrakion that could otherwise overwhelm offensive Slowbro, forms a Regenerator core, and generates free turns to set up Future Sight through Spore. being big prim check is also p relevant here as bro doesnt really have much to do against it if its not psychium and the future sight abusers dont switch into prim. Steel-types like Cobalion and Scizor are appreciated to answer the bulky Fairy-types such as Florges and Sylveon that can take anything Slowbro throws at them. standard scizor checks get blown through by future sight too, u can mention how SD scizor loves stuff like heattom being unable to switch in / can punish sylveon for trying to come in to absorb future sight with protect. clarifying them trying to absorb fsight is probably important here. Slowbro is also rather vulnerable to VolTurn cores, so Pokemon like Hippowdon and Rhyperior are very useful for being able to take hits from Scizor and Mega Manectric. Hippo is a really valuable teammate to mention here and i think you can go into more detail about it, hippo covers rockium rak for bro but the biggest draw is whirlwind + future sight being able to completely remove stuff like terrakion / nidoqueen out of the equation and really punishing those free turns something like mega mane might give hippo. (This point also reads like rhyp takes hits from sciz ngl which is a bit weird) Gligar and Rotom-Mow are able to pivot Slowbro in and clear hazards. what do they pivot it in on and is there any actual synergy here? also ew at gligar outside of (semi)stall ;x Slowbro can also coordinate with Pursuit trappers like Scizor or Choice Scarf Krookodile to remove Pokemon such as Latias. I don't think its very clear what you mean here about coordinating with them? unless you wanted to give spcific info just say they can psuit trap it and gengar or something.
